Cannot be bothered to answer e mails
It is a pity that when you file a complaint they never even answer to your e mail, nor when you send a reminder….. still no answer !!

Pine Cliffs - A huge thank you to the O’Grill restaurant team
I have just left a glowing review for Pine Cliffs, but omitted to personally call out Avtar from the O’Grill restaurant and pool area who really went above and beyond providing us with exceptional service throughout our stay. A huge thank you to him and also to the manager of the O’Grill restaurant, who is always both most personable and very efficient. Hopefully see you both next time! 👍🙏🏼
Still going down hill!
All the guest facing staff are excellent in the bars and restaurants are as are the people that service the rooms.
Blowing a gale last night and still no indoor bar wind so strong it knocked my wine over.
Portifino restaurant being set up tonight would like to book a table but no concierge or guest services answering calls. Even called the hotel direct and still no answer.
What’s going on here? Noticed 2 lovely wedding events took place here during our stay. They had a lovely time and were well cared for awesome.
Are hotel guests second class citizens when it comes to food and drink?
Beautiful property with outstanding service recovery
We had a rocky start to our stay. Despite requesting a 1:00 pm check in in advance, our room was not ready on arrival and communication regarding the delay was inconsistent. We also experienced difficulty reaching Guest Services, Room Service, and management by phone.
Claudio, one of the hotel's guest service associates, kindly stepped in and connected us with Ricardo, one of the hotel's managers.
Ricardo took the time to listen to our concerns, address them professionally, and ensure we felt genuinely heard. His leadership and service recovery completely transformed our experience.
The property itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities and many kind and helpful staff members. Thanks to the exceptional response from Ricardo, supported by Claudio, we left with a very positive impression and would gladly return.
Family holiday
This is our 4 th visit to Pinecliffs over the past 10 years. Location is wonderful and accommodation to a high standard. The site has expanded a great deal over the past 10 years. It is expensive especially eating onsite.
