We stay at Pine Cliffs Oceans Suites from 04 until 11 july, we haved a lovely stay at the resort.
Every place at Pine Cliffs is magical!
We would like to give a special mention at Catarine the young and small lady at the reception (only 20 years old :0 so young but so professional and talented) despite being wearing face mask, I could see her contagious good energy.
Your staff is so professional!!
We will coming back for sure!
While the hotel was barely open with a skeleton staff because of COVID, they did a great job to service us. Truly relaxing in every way. The resort is extensive and would take ages to explore everything...
Take a walk on the beach, play golf and tennis heavenly
Absolutely perfect! I stayed for a week as a reboot after a year of lockdown and it was the perfect antidote. I did the ‘Fitness journey’ package which was amazing! A week of healthy eating, personal training sessions, massages, group activity classes but also plenty of time to relax on the beach/ in the gardens or by the pool. I lost a few pounds on holiday but also came back feeling motivated and a hundred times better than I arrived...
The hotel wasn’t fully open but that didn’t affect the enjoyment of my stay all. All of the staff were incredible, genuinely friendly and polite.
Stunning setting and top class facilities. I rarely go back to the same hotel more than once but would definitely make the exception for Pine Cliffs.
Staying at the hotel currently, wonderful grounds and accommodation, couldn’t ask for more. Hotel is really let down however by the restaurants in the evening and speed of service, seems to me that they do not have enough staff to handle the number of guests staying at the hotel. Have dined in the hotel three times this week at various restaurants and service has got steadily worse...
Piri Piri was slow, but food did eventually arrive. The same cannot be said unfortunately of O Pescador and Corda Cafe where we waited over an hour and a half with not so much as a bread basket and ended up leaving the restaurant hungry as had lost all confidence in being served any food at all. Others also complaining, so not an isolated incident. So in summary, great hotel, but dinner service incredibly poor. Other options outside the hotel and in Vilamoura, which are not as convenient, but a far better bet.
Whilst I’m not staying at the resort this time due to being in Portugal for a long time I have a serenity/active membership for the 2 months I’m in Portugal, as ever it’s an amazing place to be. I have many fantastic memories of the resort growing up with family. The staff are always so friendly, a special mention to older lady who works in the Corda Cafe who remembers me each time...
The grounds are beautiful and it still has the magical atmosphere it had 20 years ago. The facilities are outstanding, especially the spa. The fitness membership is a great price and there are lots of great offers you can add on, I would highly recommend it to anyone living over in Portugal. As ever I cannot fault anything about the resort, perfect as always.
