Totally renovated in 2018, the Hotel Topázio Mar is tis located in Albufeira and is just 500 metres from Aveiros Beach and 300 metres from an array of bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
Albufeira's old town is two kilometres away. The hotel features a pleasant outdoor area with a garden, swimming pool and pool bar where you can enjoy the Algarve's many sunny days. Guests can enjoy breakfast with a swimming pool view.
The rooms and apartments of the Topazio Mar each include a satellite TV, minibar, safe, coffee machine, hairdryer, air conditioning and balcony. The apartments also have a kitchenette with a microwave.
Treat yourself with massages, body treatments and facials. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, a communal living room and tour/ticket assistance.
My second stay at this lovely hotel this year. From entering the hotel we had the warmest of welcomes by Eva on the front desk. Who told us everything we needed to know and showed us to our studio. We dropped our bags, then headed to the pool bar for our first tipple, as it was my brother in laws first trip to the algarve, we was greeted by Christina who i knew from my previous trip. She is so good at keeping the customers happy and is a lovely person. Then Murillo who is also a lovely friendly person, The breakfast team was all happy and Arther was funny. I honestly could not fault anything about the hotel. Most days Natalia was on reception who is also such a lovely friendly happy person. We even spoke with the Manager Ana who was again a lovely lady, who took time out of her working day to ensure our stay was to our expectations, Then on the Thursday night, to my surprise Mr Luciano Hagge turned up to see us, he is such a lovely person too, who has been in the company for a number of years,
If you want a party hotel book this hotel, the staff are fantastic and there is always music everyday around the pool area,
I honestly wished we could of stayed longer as the atmosphere was excellent.
We stayed here for 3 nights in September and loved it. The front desk staff and bartenders at the pool were always friendly and welcoming.
The location is excellent, easy to grab food across the street, a market for any last minute needs and 3 ATM machines. The walk to the Strip is quick and easy (5 min).
Hotel breakfast is a great way to start your morning and relaxing by the pool or a quick walk to the beach is easy.
Our group of 32 people thought this was a great hotel for our stay in Albufeira!
Great stay with one of the best welcomes. Natalia on reception checked us in and explained eveeything so well we never had any questions the whole stay! The rooms are lovely, the pool area is decent with some nice double loungers. The bar does a nice range of drinks and snacks and breakfast is a good selection. The hotel security at night makes you feel safe. The place is very clean and we constantly saw cleaners on all levels. Good street parking outside meaning any hired vehicles can be parked where you can keep an eye on them and every thing in walking distance.
I have never experienced such rudeness, saying 'ola, to the cleaning staff and getting called 'cabrón'.....if you're British, avoid the angry hotel.
What can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing and deserves to be a 4-star plus! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely, and the location was perfect. It's only about 5 minutes from New Town, and an Uber to the Old Town cost us around €5 for 5 people. In our opinion, the Old Town is definitely worth visiting! We normally go to Benidorm every year, but decided to try Portugal for a change – and wow, what a place! We have fallen in love with it and will definitely be returning next year. A big shout-out to Ricardo behind the bar – always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. He really made our stay extra special. Also, a mention for the sunbed attendant, who greeted us every morning with a smile and a little squirt from the hosepipe to keep everyone cool – a lovely touch that made us laugh every day! This is the perfect hotel for friends and groups looking for a fantastic holiday with great service and a brilliant atmosphere. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
