This property is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Terrace Club offers an outdoor pool and apartments with a well-equipped kitchen, just 350 m from Praia da Nossa Senhora da Rocha. The property features a coffee shop and a buffet restaurant. All apartments are sunny and have large windows, some overlooking the ocean. Each one has an open-plan kitchen with full-size fridge, 2-hob stove and a dining area.
The coastline nearby can be explored using the property's rental bikes or on foot. Guests can also relax with a book in the lush garden. During July and August, Terrace Club has a poolside bar and live music. Children have access to their own pool and a playground.have an outdoor pool, gardens and a playground for children to have a great time, buffet restaurant and a cafeteria.
The 24 hour reception is at Be Live Palmeiras Village, just next to the apartments.

well what a gem you are ukino terrace excellent value for money amazingly spacious rooms spotlessly clean good food (was bed and breakfast) beautiful area of the algarve never been before cant wait to come back only small complaint was the lady at the pool on the bar needs to be nicer to customers didnt have very good people skills

Great holiday The place is spotlessly clean. Huge 2 bed apartment with 3 balconies with sea and pool views Basic kitchen but lots of utensils We managed to eat in a couple nights as a family of 5 Very Comfortable beds, no sofa bed which was what we were expecting so we are so pleased nobody had to sleep on that Nice pool area lots of sun loungers Great location, close to beach and shops a few bars & places to eat. Very chilled resort. Lovley beach with a nice beach bar Sweet spot was great for drinks and morning coffees. Staff were all lovley at the sweet spot Porches is a quiet resort with everything you need for a family holiday on your doorstep. Would definitely return Thank you
Fantastic holiday
Just about to leave after a week’s stay at the Uniko Terrace and we don’t want to go.
Real quick negative if you arrive to check in after 12am you have to go to the sister hotel around the corner would have been nice to have known that prior as we spent 10mins trying to work out where to go.
After that we have had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back next year. The staff are exceptional from the pool team/entertainment team / and especially the restaurant staff. Out daughter suffers with allergies so we have never gone all inclusive, but decided to give it a go and we were not disappointed something every day for us and a massive shout out to Beta your the best thank you so much !! and our favourite chef Fernando. All the staff have been amazing.

A great short stay
I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews especially as I was travelling solo. Stayed 4 nights. The appartment was huge! Everything I needed and everywhere was so clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I loved the food too , very tasty (tasted better than it looked in all fairness). Lunchtimes were my favourite. I stayed by the pool mostly but there were three beaches nearby. So pretty. You didn't disappoint and worth every penny !
Incredible experience
Wow where to start! Firstly, as my first ever time staying in the Algarve, and at Ukino Terrace, I’d like to say it was an absolute privilege to stay here. Genuinely I am delighted and really pleased with my stay, making my holiday an enjoyable experience. The highlight, and the reason I enjoyed my stay even more, was how incredible, amazing and professional the Entertainment team were; they really made not only me, but my whole family feel valued and welcomed. The activities and entertainment was phenomenal! I appreciate the amount of hard work they put into their roles, and how personable and friendly they all were. I got slightly emotional leaving and saying goodbye to Ukino Terrace, because I had the best possible experience, ( hugely because of the entertainment team and the friendliness of the workers within the company) the food was great, the scenery and the people, it was a lovely atmosphere and I made lots of memories and captured brilliant moments!
I came to Algarve, Portugal with just my family; and I went home gaining many friends, many memories, and moments that will stay with me forever.
To Ukino, and especially the entertainment team - I cannot thank you enough for making my experience, a great experience and a wonderful place to visit. Hugely recommended!
