The hotel is set in an ideal location, situated on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and offers spectacular panoramic views of Senhora da Rocha Beach, which is sheltered and directly accessible from the hotel. The hotel is a short 3-minute walk from numerous shops, cafés and restaurants. There are plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs 1 km from the hotel. Convenient public transport links may be found within 100 metres of the hotel. Faro Airport is at 55 km driving distance. The hotel offers guest rooms with sea or garden views for guests to freshen the day in the morning. All room are well-equipped with modern bathrooms, television with cable channels, air conditioning, hair dryer and mini bar. Guests can dine at two restaurants and a bar. Other facilities include swimming pool, spa, gym and kids club.

Well located, very relaxing holiday.
do NOT GO - they is no flexibility, one of the receptionists was not friendly and overall terrible experience... i have had so much stress there because they charged me twice and for the rest of my holiday i am now stressed because i have had to pay 200 euros instead of 100. Such a shame it was not dealt with differently.
I stayed 2 nights at this property, a 4 star Hotel where it was more than expected some standard services.
We went into our bedroom, located on the 4th floor. There was a terrace access from our room, and for our immense shock, the terrace was shared with all bedrooms, with no safety protection so anyone could fall, extremely dirty and with water coming down the sides and pipes exposed...
Again, for a 4 start hotel this is deemed to be unacceptable (photos);
Once we checked out, we raised all the above comments with the Receptionist (there were 2 at the time) but no solution or even process was given to us. The receptionist started to write on an used piece of paper and once we finished explaining nothing was said to us in regards to how they would communicate to us further. One of the receptionists ended up giving us an e-mail so we could write a formal complaint which we did. We got a response but absolutely no solution or compensation was given;
We checked in around 11pm, and being so late there was only one Receptionist on shift which can be understandable. The associate was extremely friendly and apologised for the waiting time. The check in was made, and as we had quite few bags we asked for some assistance (bearing in mind Covid-19 situation we also wanted to understand whether or not luggage assistance was available) - the answer we got was that she was alone and there was no one else to help, so we were instructed to get a concierge trolley and carry the luggage ourselves;
Throughout all this process all people involved were absolutely polite and nice towards us, however in such situation and high regarded brand we would have expected a more proactive assistance and solution.
We absolutely do not recommend this property to stay and it is not a 4 start hotel at all.
PORTUGUESE Íamos entusiasmadas com a informação da net mas a estadia acabou por ser uma desilusão:
Chão do Quarto e loiça suja (à chegada);
Varanda sem separação entre os quartos e para os andares inferiores, piso sujo e sem protecção (ver fotos em anexo);
Cortina da janela estragada, com a passagem de luz solar intensa no período matinal;
Ausência de “Green Choice” (para não mudarem toalhas) não visível no quarto, nem explicada previamente;
No check in, foi nos dada a opção de levarmos as nossas malas no charriot, com a justificação de não existir staff suficiente; se a justificação fossem questões relacionadas com a pandemia covid, tal era compreensível, mas não foi esta a explicação dada;
Àgua a cair do piso superior directamente para a varanda do quarto.
Após exposição de todos estes problemas, não nos foi fornecida qualquer explicação ou solução. Ao perguntarmos como poderíamos fazer uma reclamação formal (ou algo que pudesse motivar melhoria ) não obtivemos resposta direta nem justificação.
Tínhamos o hotel em grande conta e a desilusão após a estadia foi enorme e lamentável.
Destacamos a simpatia de todos os colaboradores, mas as situações atrás referidas não nos parecem adequadas a um hotel de 4 estrelas (ver fotos).
O objectivo deste comentário é melhorar a estadia dos futuros hóspedes e esperar que a estadia deles seja melhor que a nossa.
How to feel good in an experience like this: The staff was clearly reduced and the service was far from good, the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel was a unique stay, among everything that happened: my son falling and hitting his head afterwards stepping in a puddle of water, mud and mud by the pool, demonstrating that there was no cleaning for more than a week on the spot; my wife cut herself on a chair that had loose wire, demonstrating that there is no maintenance and care, a spider web handrail once again demonstrating that there is no proper cleaning at the time of cleaning! Using the post-pandemic as an excuse to end all extra hotel services, such as gyms, indoor pools, spa, etc., does not give you the right to suggest a line for removing a bag of cold bread wrapped in plastic like the breakfast served at the bar was a snap to replace colonial coffee. I have pictures of all the horrible spots. "How could a bidet be cleaned with poo sneezes ???"
So much to see surrounding this gorgeous property on the coast. There is a huge outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room. We walked around the whole property for half a day to take pictures on the beach and on the paths - you can walk around to either side of the hotel...
The staff was very friendly and helpful - they recommended an all day tour for us when one of our excursions was cancelled - the All Day Algarve..definitely worth it! Would love to come back here when it is a little warmer!
