Great accommodation,
Just leaving the apartments Jardins da rocha. Welcoming pleasant staff, apartment Very clean, reasonable price for 5 nights. Great location, Here with friends for the World Super Bikes weekend. Would stay here again.
Never again…
Low quality sofas and tv wifi was not working and nobody available to fix it. So 10 dais without internet. Al together not wort the mony…
Avoid this place like the plague…
Good location…Not a private hotel…old apartment block run down and dirty…Rude staff and very few facilities…Avoid like the Plague…
Jardins Da Rocha Short September break
1st time visit to the Jardins da Rocha for a short break.The apartments are close 4/5 minutes walk to the strip and the beach. Ther is s supermarket 2 minutes walk away ,but i you keep walking up on the left there is an intermarche express. (well signposted) and has a bigger range. There werent a lot of people around, problaby being so late in the season (arrived 18th Spetember). The rooms while old fashioned were fully equipped with anything you might need. You can get wifi a small daily charge. Cleaned 4 days out of a 6 days stay. Was in room 803 right beside the lift but couldnt hear it going up and down. There are two downsides to this room 1. was it looked onto the main road so had to keep window closed, there was air con in the living room the aircon unit is beside the bedroom and is quite noisy. 2 there is no sun on the balcony at any time of the day and 8 floors up it got quite cool even when it was 26C outside There are 2 pools one for the children and an adult one. There was always sunbeds available ,but as I say there were not a lot of guests in. There is a €20 charge for the access fob to the pool, you do get this back when you return the fob on your departure. The pols were clean- however it was quite windy during my stay and there are a lot of tress around the pool , with the wind a lot of leaves were falling into th pool. Every morning they had been removed Access to the pool is down around 25 steps. I seen a couple of parents struggle with buggies on them. There is a pizzeria and a bar beside the pool. Be aware they close for "Siesta". I found all of the staff I dealt with very friendly and helpful

Fair (just for the location)
Very well located near the beach (2 min walk). Nice garden and pools. And thats all. We had to wait 10 minutes at the reception because there was no one there for check in. The apartment was spacious but all furniture was very very old. Some were even broken. In spite of being in the 6th floor found cockroaches in the bathroom. Four days there was enough.
