We had a lovely time at Domes Lake, really relaxing for the whole family. We spent most of our time over by the Adults Pool area and received excellent service from Akash, who works in the food truck and the pool bar. He really is an asset for your hotel. His service was excellent and he was always quick to help. Akash was engaging and took the time out to chat to us about the hotel and as well as getting to know us a little bit which was a really welcoming thing to do. We appreciate excellent customer service and Akash helped make out stay for a few days very pleasant.
I booked a room for my son, partner and me and we were overwhelmed to be upgraded to a suite upon arrival. Sadly we could only stay one night dinner b&b but we loved every minute, our second visit. We had a credit awarded from the dinner buffet to the steak restaurant and enjoyed a superb evening with the best porterhouse and wagyu beef ... everything was superb ... the staff, the ambience and the quality all round. Thank you Domes Lakes for a wonderful 4 nights spent with my Mum and my sister at your amazing Hotel. As a travel agent with many years experience of Hotels Worldwide this really is a 5 star Hotel on the Algarve which wont disappoint. Perfect location ,minutes from the Marina, lovely warm staff.... huge shout out to Mona for service above and beyond, aways a choice of sunbeds available, ample buffet for lunch and dinner, other restaurants available at a supplement. With lovely grounds, minutes from the beach and comfortable rooms, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gorgeous place. If you chose a room with Haute Living, the extra facilities are worth every penny. We will no doubt be back. Thank you xxxx
We had a wonderful time at Domes Lake. It is easily the best place we have ever stayed. Everything was first class and the resort is an oasis of calm in quite a busy area. The grounds are stunning and you can easily walk to the beach or marina. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the nightly buffet which included a plentiful choice of very tasty and well presented international options and a huge salad bar. The desserts were particularly delicious! Our Trocial Retreat room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a lovely view of the immaculate gardens. Such a lovely place to sit out on the balcony and relax. Thank you so much to the exceptional team at Domes lake - we can’t wait to return!
Miguel guest relations, he is starting but he is doing good! We really liked the gift he left in our room, a photo that reminded me of my wedding 61 years ago.. he is very nice
