Great hotel
The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were very big with lovely comfy beds. The food was great, lots of choice and always lots of it. The AI included named branded spirits and cans/bottles of coke or Fanta. The wine was lovely in the restaurant and plenty of it! The staff were great, Ray at reception was soo lovely and the lobby bar staff were amazing. Honestly great hotel. Loads of sunbeds too so no fighting over them.

Lovely hotel for first holiday with baby
We had a lovely stay at RH Ifach in June. It was our first holiday with our 8 month old and we were made to feel so welcome. All the staff were incredibly lovely and helped where they could.
We arrived quite early and expected to walk around for a bit before check-im, but a room was available early afternoon and we were called to let us know it was ready.
There were quite a few families with babies/small children and staff were very friendly and interacted with them which helps put you at ease when you have an unpredictable baby!
The pool is great. Though some sun loungers were reserved (even though there are labels saying not to!) we always managed to find somewhere to sit and there are plenty of umbrellas for shade.
Our room was great - big beds, cot for baby and plenty of space. The balcony was huge and we had lovely view of the pool and lake opposite. Very clean throughout.
Food was nice with plenty to choose from. Sometimes limited vegetarian options, but I'm quite used to that! We went half board and had the option to swap dinner for lunch.
The hotel is very close to the beach and also not too far from the main Calpe area (you can have a lovely walk along the seafront to get there).
As a family with a small child we would definitely reccomend the hotel if wanting a quiet and relaxing stay.
Good hotel, inefficient front desk, parking major issue
Dear RH Ifach Management,
I am writing regarding our current stay . We have been at your hotel for 5 days now and leaving soon.
The hotel is very nice, clean, and the housekeeping service is excellent. We also want to thank Rey at the front desk for being kind and helpful since day one.
However, we have a serious issue with the parking communication.
Before our arrival, we called to inform you that we would have a car. At no point were we told that we had to reserve a parking space in advance or we might not get one.
Since our check-in, we have been told we were on a "priority waiting list" for parking. We have asked for updates daily. One day we were told we were not on the list, the next day we were on it again. Today we were shown several different waiting lists, with our name appearing on one of them. After 5 days, we still have no confirmation.
This situation is inefficient and very stressful for guests. We are leaving soon and no parking was found for us.
Staff at the front desk needs to be more efficient and more professional in giving correct informations to guests. This lack of communication left us really disappointed.

RH Ifach Calpe
Good location, excellent food, friendly staff, clean recently renovated rooms, good selection of all inclusive drinks and a sun bed always available. An enjoyable week, thank you. Reception even booked a taxi for us, cost was €13.50 and Uber were asking £36.00. Top tip if going into Calpè old town, use Radio Taxi +34 96 583 78 78
Not bad. Not brilliant.
Couldn’t fault room, cleanliness and food. Hotel is a bit dated in the public areas. The bar area is a bit like sitting in a cafe with tables and chairs the only slightly comfy sofas and chairs were placed close to the main entrance. There were some rooms that had sofas and chairs but nobody used them. And doors to them were always closed. The pool was lovely but the flooring around it could do with being replaced as there were cracks in the concrete and where it had been painted that was peeling away in places. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and thankfully reservation of them wasn’t allowed before 10am. Location was good, only 5 min walk from the beach. Taxi to the old town costs about 8 euros. Staff very efficient, rooms cleaned to a high standard.
