Great hotel in a good location. Staff all friendly, rooms basic and small, but with good beds. Loved the private terrace with sea views...
Breakfast not brilliant, but perfectly adequate. The roof terrace was an added bonus, with extensive views of benidorm
We stayed 3 nights with friends the location of this hotel is superb so central , a few metres from Gin & Tonic street and a minute walk from Tapas alley all pedestrian streets,
The hotel is super clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but for a short stay that was fine. The power shower was awesome and the bed super comfy...
The food was ok at breakfast, lunch was good could have been a bit warmer but again not a problem really. Would definitely stay here again. There was parking 5 min walk to the car park at Mercadona where we parked our car for €18 per day, but if you want the old town that’s the only problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay .. Thank Alameda 👍
Just back from this hotel. We did a short break myself, older son and toddler.
The hotel is located 2 minutes from the beach and tapas alley in the old town. Although we are living during covid at the moment the area was lively enough with plenty open...
We went half board at the property and the food was nice with a good selection, not lots but certainly adequate enough for us.
The hotel is clean and the staff are extremely helpful nothing was a bother. I would most definitely stay here again. Only 1 downside is there is no pool but that wasn't a big deal as its so close to the beach and I think the location more than makes up for that.
The bar drinks are very reasonably price also and the seating area is very nice, indoors and out.
Superb 3 star accommodation with 4 star staff and food ...,would definitely book again superb location in heart of the old town close to bars and tapas alley . The hotel has fantastic roof terrace with sea views of stunning view of entire resort
Stayed here for 1 week Aug/Sept, first impression was good, very quick and easy check in, the young lady who checked us in was brilliant throughout the week ,very pleasant and very helpful sorting out the internet connection and sorting out our problem with our transfer. The room we had 407 was more than adequate, plenty of room and storage for 2,the only problems we had with the room was the safe did not work but this was fixed in 5 minutes thanks again to the lady on reception and the maintenance guy, also there was a smell of damp in the room but it wasn't bad enough to make a fuss about ,the breakfast which was included was better than ok with a good selection, fried eggs sausages bacon beans mushrooms toast or the usual continental type of stuff, fruit yoghurt granola ect, hotel bar has a good range of drinks a d they're not over priced, we didnt use the roof terrace but did have a look, a sun trap with a view, all in all a great stay and would recommend this hotel
