Costa Blanca

Right at the heart of the city - in the old Spanish quarter - the Avenida Hotel is one of the region's best located hotels. With easy access to all the entertainment on offer in Benidorm, and even easier access to the magnificent Levante Beach (just 75 metres away) the Avenida Hotel really is perfectly placed to give you the best Benidorm holiday experience.

A perfect location and four star facilities makes the Avenida Hotel the pick of the Spanish quarter:

With its wide sun terrace, rooftop pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, the Avenida Hotel lets you take full advantage of that wonderful Costa Blanca climate. Take up a sunny spot and just relax. The Jacuzzi is always inviting and there's very little that can beat a swim under the blue skies of Benidorm in the rooftop pool.

The Avenida Hotel is an easy place to while away an afternoon under the sun. But when you want to stretch your legs, try the lovely seafront promenade; there's lots to explore. And the superb sandy beach is just a stone's throw away.

Time for a siesta? The Avenida Hotel is cool and inviting. Step into the smart lobby and head up to your air conditioned room. All double / twin bedded rooms all are equipped with satellite TV, hairdryer, telephone, safety deposit box and minibar (for a small fee). Most rooms even have a balcony - just ask when you book.

The Avenida Htel has its own gym, Jacuzzi and sauna* facilities too. Well worth a look for the holidaymaker who wants to get the utmost relaxation out of this holiday.

For many holidaymakers, Benidorm is the place to visit on the Costa Blanca - and comes with a suitcase full of happy memories. Add a few more with a stay at the Avenida Hotel.

*Some facilities may incur an additonal fee.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

A perfect hotel for our first time in Benidorm!

Review by MrsTomo2017 Carlisle, United Kingdom

We arrived here for our first visit to Benidorm and were certainly not dissapointed! On arrival we were checked in quickly & efficently with no problems at all - the lady on reception was really friendly & helpful. I have emailed a couple of weeks before hand to request a room with a sea view balcony and was very happy to be given one. On check in we were offered the use of the in-room safe which we accepted - costing around 7 euros for 5 days...

The room was very clean and tidy, and the maids came in daily to make the beds, change towels etc. There was also a small fridge in the room which came in handy for chilling a bottle of wine to enjoy on the balcony at night! We never had any meals in the hotel, however we did have a couple of night time drinks in the bar. The bar staff were always helpful & friendly, and the drinks in the hotel were very reasonably priced. The evening entertainment is traditionally spanish and perhaps aimed at the slightly older generation, however my husband & I still enjoyed it. The hotel is situated in a perfect location in the old town - right next to the beach, with ample shops, bars & restaurants in walking distance, and only a 15-20 minute walk along the sea front in to the new town. We would definetly stay here again and are already talking about a second visit!

Review by Andy N London, United Kingdom

Had a very pleasant break at Christmas spending the holiday at this hotel which we booked through Jet 2 holidays. Situated in the old town of Benidorm on a pedestrian walkway which was a bit busy sometimes but wasn't a problem. The food was good,a buffet style which is the norm these days you had plenty of choice. The staff where very friendlyand helpful and it's only a couple of minutes walk to the sea. There is a lovely swimming pool on the roof and sun loungers .It was a very pleasant break

Never again

Review by eh546 Wath-upon-Dearne, United Kingdom

We would say this hotel is only 4 star due to it been located near to the beach should be reclassified as a 2. It's certainly not reflected in the food which although it was hot was very repetitive hardly any vegetables. Not a lot of salad choices and the lettuce looked as though it had seen better days...

We ate out 7 times. We had two beds put together in our room which only left a foot either side of the bed to get in and out and if you weren't careful you hit your head on the wall. These rooms would be better with a double bed in. We were only half board so we paid for our drinks which we found expensive and not full measures. We felt as though we were subsidising the all inclusive guests as they did get full measures it was noticeable. The noise in the early hours around 2 and 3 am from Outside was unnerving. We had to take our cases from the bridge opposite the agua azul down to the hotel on arrival and back again when we left this is quite a trek for anyone with a mobility problem. We had to ask for help on our last day. Will not be back to it.
