Situated frontline to the famous Levante Beach, the familiar hotel Brisa is located in the quiet area of Rincon de Loix on Benidorm. Countless bars, pubs, restaurants, nightclubs and shops can be reached within a short stroll, and the centre of Benidorm is within walking distance. The water parks Aqualandia and Mundomar are within easy reach, and the thrilling rides of Terra Mítica can be reached within a 15-minute drive.

The small, elegant hotel welcomes guests in a pleasant and modern environment. The well-appointed, bright rooms have a contemporary style design and are equipped with air-conditioning, heating, flat-screen satellite-TV and private balcony, some of them with sea views. Other services and amenities include free WIFI, a gym, sun terrace, outdoor pool and a bar-cafeteria. This hotel is an ideal choice for couples and friends wishing to spend a nice holiday on the beach.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Can only imagine **** due to beach location, if you like a full English it’s not so good but liked evening meal with a good variety.restaurant staff nice enough and hector bar waiter very cheerie chappie ,room maids in every day doing a good job .only complaint was a few individuals in reception and bar who seem to forget there here to serve especially after pandemic the would be glad to be in work , did not even get a did you enjoy your stay or goodbye at reception and it was only us who were at reception .

Disappointed

Review by lornaandbazzy Essex, United Kingdom

I don’t very often leave a review but felt I should as may help others when deciding. The pool and terrace area are lovely. Facing the sea and the promenade and a great location...

We were welcomed by Peter who was very nice. I picked this due to location and it being a 4 star. Having stayed in many 4 star hotels in Benidorm I had great expectations. The room was disappointing to say the least. The cheapest furniture I have ever seen in any hotel. The room was not welcoming at all. There were no tea/coffee making facilities. No mirror for make up at the dressing table. The plus for my hair straighteners was nowhere near mirror. There was no English tv channels which is something I have had in every hotel I have stayed in in Benidorm. The beds were not great and seemed cheap and old, not 4 star standard. The shower cubicle was badly set out, a long cubicle which wasn’t very wide meaning you knocked the tap when in the shower. This cascaded your with scalding water and made showering difficult. By far not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in but it is definitely not a 4 star. I would liken it to a Travelodge without the value for money. It is more expensive than most of the great 4 star hotels in Benidorm.

4 stars, not a chance

Spent 5 nights in the Hotel Presidente, a real 4 star hotel and decided to stay for a further 2 nights but had to move hotel due to availability. Room faces inland with no balcony. Would say it's a similar standard to a travelodge...

Food very continental based which is fine as we are in Spain but fried eggs hard and very greasy. To be fair a prime location on the front but if you're looking for the quality of a 4 star this isn't it.

Not a 4 Star Hotel

My wife and i have stayed in most 4 star hotels in Benidorm and unfortunately the Hotel Brisa does not fall into this category. The receptionist was friendly on arrival, but that is where the customer service ended. Food was dire, it is catered for the Europeans, i.e...

pastries and cereal for breakfast. There was some fried eggs and bacon, but the colour of these were off putting. The room was a side view and on the small side. It is quite dated as is the bathroom with walk in shower. The shower floor needs to be replaced with a proper shower tray or tiles, as it is very slippery trying to get out of the shower. The bed we found quite soft and lumpy, no tea of coffee facilities and no British tv channels. I can only imagine this hotel has been given 4 stars as it has a small pool and is frontline location to the sea/beach. If you want 4 Star, try the Port Benidorm Hotel just up the road or even better the Hotel Don Pancho!

Hotel Brisa benidorm

Stayed at the hotel Brisa benidorm, the room we had was adequate, comfortable bed.Fantastic view and beachfront position great. Easy check in and out. The two things that let it down for me was the food was poor,we are not fussy eaters and did find something to eat but the standard of food was not 4 star, the second thing that spoilt it for me was the lack of interest in their jobs from the waiting staff and the woman who served behind the bar....I know its been said before about language barriers but the staff at this hotel need more customer care training they were rude and made no attempt to be friendly...

My husband was just finishing his dessert and the waitress snatched his plate away from in front of him,he was just putting his spoon to his mouth and the plate snatched away, other guests sat near by couldn't believe their eyes. We sat outside one day on the cafe terrace for a coffee, we waited and waited I went to look for someone to serve us,nobody in sight, had to ask the chap on the reception.
