Fantastic location right on front. But be careful when booking we got dealt a very poor room (114). No balcony, no view, no coffee making facilities, key card failed all the time. Asked if we could pay extra and move but reception not very helpful. Breakfast and dinner was acceptable,been of a higher standard at other 3* hotels in Benidorm. My recommendation is to ensure you book a Seaview, noticed these rooms better equipped, bath and shower. There was not even a toilet door so you where always on toilet alfresco. So my rating is 3* definitely not 4*.

Perfect location! Sea view balcony was perfect. Peter on the reception was the nicest out of them all, you can see he really loves his job and would go above and beyond to help. Food was repetitive but ok something for everyone however I found myself eating pasta and chips everyday. The rooms was nothing special but all up to standard the breath taking view made it worth it. I will be returning!!!

Location 10 out of 10 and good breakfast and clean room but stops there. Wheelchair lift from beachfront to reception always locked so have to get reception to unlock. No sun beds for guests in pool area or any other area. No toilet facility in pool area have to go through reception and down flight of stairs or lift.. Lifts frustratingly slow need replacing No tea making facility in room. Safe in room has additional charge. Satellite TV has very few English speaking channels not even skynews. No shower facility for late departure and late checkout unavailable
