Not a 4 star in my opinion.. one small pool .. staff are rude.. beds are hard.. walls like paper can hear next doors conversation.. sounds like upstairs moving out every 5 minutes.. rooms are small and dainty.. private pool isn't advertised as a private pool .. wouldn't stay again xx
Location was perfect! We had booked breakfast & dinner and the choices were great, lovely food catered for everyone. Our room was just called comfort but it was great, it was a decent size room with a balcony view wasn't the best but we didn't care! Large shower in the bathroom which was fabulous. Room was cleaned daily with fresh bedding & towels- Fabulous! Hotel smells amazing.
Really good hotel. Clean, good sized rooms. Nice food. Good sound proofing. Friendly efficient service. Not anything to be negative about
The location was good, the room was large but felt claustrophobic as there was no balcony and not much light as we were overlooked by the monstrosity of a inner courtyard and a ugly building opposite, room 431, be careful when booking as they have changed the names of the rooms, we booked a superior room but was told they are now comfort rooms, we did email and ask for a balcony but we didn't get one, would go back to benidorm but unfortunately not the Bristol hotel.
This hotel is situated in a very convenient location, shops, restaurants etc in the calmer old town area. Bus stop also across the road. Nice interior, friendly staff and good breakfast. Has a bar area too. Nice pool, a little cold! But fine once youre in. It does go shaded around 3pm though. However the solarium on floor 8 is great for sunbathing till later. They also have snacks advertised at the pool bar such as pizza/baguettes but at 12.45 the lady told me shes not doing food anymore so we had to rearrange our day by the pool and go out as we were hungry! Overall a good hotel
