This wonderful beach hotel is situated in the tourist centre of the vibrant town of Benidorm. Pleasantly surprised
Was quite worried after reading the reviews but actually it was fine,we were dropped off by the transfer at the bottom of 53 steps to drag our luggage up which was not great but the hotel staff were pleasant and the lady who cleaned our room 316 was very nice and kept the room tidy with fresh towels every day. Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds. We were B&B and plenty of choice for breakfast and kept well replenished. Was mainly Spanish guests. Overall what you would expect for a budget friendly hotel..no complaints except the pick and drop off .

YES! Nice people, good value for money, clean, Everything was great: food and drinks, pool, entertainment, especially the TEAM! We enjoyed a week-long vacation in Benidorm, SPAIN, Costa Blanca area. Having a family anniversary, we were convinced by our travel agent to choose Hotel CABANA, one of BALI GROUP hotels, one of the reasons was "You will meet nice people there". It was a good choice. I have to mention few names, special people, very professional, nice and helpful, without whom our vacation would not have been ok: Francisco, (probably) the best Hotel Manager I have met, Victoria and Alex at Reception, and Adrian in the restaurant. We thank them and carry them in our hearts! Bar was great, pool it was ok, not crowded, daily cleaning, evening entertainment, especialy for senior guests, we had a nice view from balcony at 10th floor. The services are ok, for the price we paid we were satisfied. The location is 10-15 minutes from beach by foot, lot of shops and bars on the way. The transfer from the airport takes about an hour; Thank you for everything!
Very pleasant
Well i have to say on reading the last review I was worried !! I am here now with my friend we are both in our 60's and english we have a room on the 11th floor. The room is basic but clean. Big balcony nice sea view. Reception staff are lovely and friendly. Pool area is OK. Yes there are children playing it is summer holidays . Breakfast is plentiful. Only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this budget friendly hotel.
Perfect Base for a Relaxing Benidorm Getaway
As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. The location was ideal—just outside the hustle and bustle of the main resort, yet within easy walking distance of everything Benidorm has to offer. It struck a great balance between convenience and a more relaxed atmosphere.
Absolutely disgusting
For a start, as we were checking in it was clear the staff couldn’t be bothered doing their job, our rooms were an absolute shambles, out balcony door wouldn’t shut and we were only on second floor, we asked it to be fixed, the man came up for about 10 mins & said it was fixed, it was still exactly how we left it. the food is rotten would not even feed half of it to my dog! The room is also absolutely disgusting moved one of our beds to find someone’s dusty old t-shirt- god knows how long that’s been there, the cleaner doesn’t change your sheets and half of the time doesn’t even give you fresh towel? The shower in our room was covered in hair from the previous person who stayed in here, dust everywhere I’d be here all day if I picked out everything! The staff are rude and a lot of the customers are aswell, leaving you feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Overall I would 100% never come back here absolute shitehole!
