Great hotel
Just arrived home after our recent stay and must say what a great hotel this is and situated in a prime location . The room was a great size with a lovely bathroom too . The room was clean and the bed was soooo comfy . The staff were all amazing and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. We have a first floor room with the pool at the end of the veranda which was great . I would give my revue a 5 if our pool area was kept cleaner . The build up of bird muck on the frame needed sorting and our pool cleaning more often .

Benidorm seafront
Very quickly checked in to our pre booked room. We booked a deluxe sea view room for our 8 night stay. The staff @ reception were very pleasant and always more than willing to help. The room itself had more than adequate storage for clothes. It was also equipped with a mini bar, stocked with 330ml Fanta, Coke, water and Amstel beer. €3 each payable upon departure. The bathroom was well equipped with absolutely top notch shower, bidet and twin wash basins. Plenty of towels too. Beds were super comfortable. Also had digital safe for your valuables. That view didn't disappoint at all from early morning to sunset which were magnificent. I'm aware that it's Spanish legislation regarding room thermostats but the 20oC minimum was just too hot for us personally. It had no override apart from leaving the patio door slightly ajar to keep temperatures down. Entertainment was available @ weekends, normally a 2 piece. The reception was airy and service great, no matter what time . Pool was small for size of hotel but we never had any issue as it was a quieter time of year. Poolside towels available via hotel issued card. Overall very good hotel,with super staff, in a prime central location.

40th Wedding Anniversary
Hotel Cimbel, ticked all of our boxes for our special anniversary.Amazing deluxe sea view room.We’ve been to Benidorm on many occasions but this hotel, made it more special, waking up, to the waves, breaking onto the beach, was worth every penny.Room was great, walk in shower excellent, free safe and daily stocked mini bar, that was free to us aswell.Around the pool, it was easy to get a sun bed.In summer time, when it will be more busy, I would expect it to be quite hard, as there are only about 60 beds.Nice to people watch and just see the amount of people that stop and stare at the 8 pool rooms, nestled on the first floor.Breakfast was really good.Special mention goes out to Lacrima.This lady, is so happy and full of joy.She greats you in the morning, with a beautiful smile and goes out of her way, to speak to you and start your day off, in the best possible way.She is an asset to the hotel and we are giving her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Well done to her.We will definitely come back to this excellent hotel, in the future, regards Tony/ Karen Oldfield.

Perfect hotel, great staff friendly polite, superb breakfast, clean good facilities perfect position on lavante beach, can't wait to get back. Easy walk to old town or the strip, the beach is opposite and you can sit by the pool enjoying the sights and sounds of the sea front perfect.

This hotel was perfect in every way from the staff to the location, the room, the view and the breakfast. Didn’t have any other meals there but breakfast had plenty of choice, English and Continental, Prosecco included too. Lovely and hot and plenty of tables in dining area. Pool area had plenty of beds. Evening musician at the poolside was a lovely touch too. Nothing more to say really would just highly recommend.
