This hotel lies just 500 metres away from Levante Beach in Benidorm. The hotel is located just 700 metres from the city centre, where guests can explore a wide range of shopping opportunities, dining options and entertainment venues. Adults only hotel offering a free Spa in the Rosamar hotel. The guest rooms are tastefully appointed, offering a relaxing setting in which to unwind completely at the end of the day. The hotel affords guests a wide range of exemplary facilities, meeting the needs of every type of traveller.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

This hotel was probably good 10years ago, but has had no maintenance since. Its very tired, and not the cleanest.
Food.
Very bland and tasteless. Breakfast is cold even if your there for it opening. We ate out every day.
Rooms Don't expect clean cups in your room when you arrive. The cleaner has spilled them out with bleach and left them to dry. Rooms are swept but not cleaned.
Location In a good spot. But if you have a room allocated at the front Don't expect to get to sleep until after 3am every night after thr music below gets turned off. Then the trucks empty the bottle banks around 3.30am!
WiFi. Doesn't work.
Summary If your with a group of friends for a mad one this is ideal. If you enjoy nice food and comfort, avoid.
Pool entertainment was great. Hope to see them next year
We loved stay in this hotel, staff very friendly, George and Elvis very polite and professional, very good food all time. We'll be back for next year!
Overall the flash is good food for all tastes nice rooms also plently off sunbeds and entertainment every day. On the downside they give free coffee and milk if you replace them it cost 5 euros everytime.The cleaning is not good the 11 days the bedding was not cleaned very often and the other night bar staff turned off the lighting even those it was only 23.40 bar does close to midnight
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at the Flash Hotel.
Facilities: The swimming pool was extremely cold and approximately 1.5 metres deep throughout, making it unsuitable for non-swimmers and anyone who is not a confident swimmer.
Restaurant: The staff were quite unfriendly, which made the dining experience less enjoyable.
Housekeeping: Room cleaning was particularly disappointing. Staff mainly made the beds and changed the towels, but the room itself did not feel properly cleaned during our stay.
In-room amenities: There were no tea- or coffee-making facilities in the room. We were told that using them would cost an additional €5 per day, which felt unreasonable, especially for a hotel of this standard.
Recommendation: Overall, we cannot recommend the Flash Hotel. The cold, unsuitable pool, poor housekeeping, unfriendly restaurant service, and extra charge for basic in-room facilities significantly affected our stay.
