Holiday in Benidorn

Wow what an amazing hotel, the food is exceptional and the staff are the most welcoming and friendly you could want for.
The reception staff are so helpful, the restaurant/bar staff are also amazing, nothing is too much trouble in fact it feels like home. The manager Miguel is super nice.
Thank you for a wonderful stay again.

Birthday holiday

The best hotel I have ever visited with the most amazing food, thank you! 
Email communications before we arrived were excellent. 

On arrival we received  a friendly, professional and helpful welcome. 
Our room was spotlessly clean. 

The restaurant food is excellent quality and beautifully presented. As it was my birthday - I was given a surprise fruit breakfast and cava prior to ordering breakfast which was a beautiful touch, the chefs here are amazing and so much thought was given to this. 

Breakfast is terrific, great portion sizes, healthy options with quality ingredients. The view from the dining terrace overlooking the sea is spectacular. 

Almost every member of staff wished me a happy birthday. Staff are welcoming, happy, friendly and very accommodating. They made our stay a pleasure. 

Don’t miss the roof terrace, we watched the early morning sunrise over the sea. 

I cannot wait to visit again, thank you for everything that makes a hotel great!

The best hotel I’ve visited

We took a short break at this hotel with our sons who are both in their early twenties. 

The welcome was brilliant. The receptionist made us feel at ease and at home. He outlined what was included and they gave us vouchers for free drinks in the bar which overlooked  the coastline. It was also where they served the breakfast. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choice and everything we sampled was delicious. 

There was a roof terrace which we enjoyed. This had spectacular views too. 

Rooms were spacious and comfortable with coffee facilities in the room. 

It’s a great base for exploring Benidorm. A little haven away from the chaotic nightlife and the bustling streets. The best of both worlds.

Great hotel in the Old Town.

From start to finish this hotel and the staff within it were amazing. We were given an upgrade due to my partners birthday along with Cava and a Fruit Platter on arrival! They fed us waffles when we arrived back at the hotel in the early hours and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

Amazing Customer Service, clean and tidy in an ideal location for the beach and bars.
