Probably our 6th time here. Can not fault it in anyway. Quiet, small and friendly.  Set on tge cliffs overlooking the glistening sra in tge old town. Spotlesslly clean. The smell is fantastic.  Staff are super friendly, pleasant and helpful. The food is fantastic. Really super value for money. Thank you again for a fabulous experience.  See you January,  if not before. Lin and Gary.

Absolutely perfect in every way.

A beautifully located hotel that we have visited before. On this occasion we had a standard room. These are very small and the bathroom is tiny with no shelving or workspace for any toiletries. The air conditioner also failed to work on the last night but as we returned to the room at 1.30am we didn’t bother asking for maintenance. I would recommend if you do chose this hotel to upgrade the room.

The breakfast on day 1 was lukewarm and Titi the waitress was ignorant and forgetful or disinterested. 3 request for a glass of water and dismissed every time. I eventually went to the bar to get my own. We complained to reception later that day.

Day 2&3 the service was excellent we had a different waiter on both days and both were excellent.

However not the waiters fault but the food was still lukewarm?? We just don’t understand we stated we wanted hot food the waiter would take the dish away and return it still lukewarm??

Table service is lovely but obviously all pre cooked and not kept warm enough.

We would not return and are very disappointed this could not be resolved

Lukewarm breakfast

Excellent hotel, this small hotel is situated in an ideal place for both new & old Town. It's beautifully decorated throughout and the best breakfast served each morning.  Nothing was any trouble from  reception staff to restaurant staff. TV reception isn't great, not such an issue really but sometimes nice to see news etc.
Definitely would recommend to anyone 👌

Small hotel with the personal touch

Our week-long stay at the hotel was brilliant. Its location is superb, on the cliff above the sea in the old town, with views across the bay. We stayed half board and had breakfast and supper on the outdoor terrace. The food was great, with plenty of choice for breakfast Evening meals were a treat, beautifully presented, with great ingredients. The staff were lovely: friendly, attentive, helpful and efficient. Our room overlooked the square, with views of the church and the sea. It was spacious, comfortable and peaceful - a great place to return to after a day's climbing or hiking.

A brilliant stay

We stayed in Canfali for our Benidorm trip to celebrate our anniversary. We couldn’t believe how amazing the weather was for November!! We had a sea facing room with amazing sea
and coastline views. The old town, beach walk, restaurants, castle everything was in walkable distance. The breakfast served in the restaurant was simply superb. The staff at reception and restaurant were super helpful. We had the best stay ever!
