A wonderful find the best views and well placed for old town really comfy bed and best pillows no noise at all, my only gripe was breakfast even tho lovely we were not greeted with a hello or goodbye in the 3 nights staying there as to me it wasn’t very personal as the two staff members were busy running round everybody had no idea how to order breakfast and should be explained its done on app etc and not everyone lives on there phones ordered two full english breakfast on both days both came with no sausage’s even tho stated when asked bizzarly just said ran out but no mention when ordering that was are only prob and breakfasts juice etc still great . top little boutique hotel do not hesitate in booking this gem
What a great hotel. The whole place is clean and welcoming. And the view is beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. We came in festival and the whole area was buzzing and beautiful. The location is stunning but I would say if you have mobility issues I would look elsewhere as it’s on a hill and you cannot get cars up the narrow lanes whilst festival was on so we had to walk ten minutes to and from our transfer so if you are wheelchair bound or have limited mobility you will struggle, for me I would do it again in an instant for that hotel.
Just home after 6 days in this beautiful hotel . Stayed here numerous times over the last ten years and it just gets better.perfect location, amazing food , spotlessly clean and the best part . The staff , every single member of staff were so friendly, helpfull and couldnt do enough for you. A credit to the hotel.
Nice little hotel, nicely decorated throughout, however this is by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in ! Right across the square from the hotel is the church which has a clock tower. Every 15 minutes this chimes loudly and sometimes extensively. I actually felt like the bells were in the room. This is from 8am until early evening and hence having a lie in or rest before going out in the evening is an impossibility ! Additionally even in the short gaps between bells, the square outside our window was so noisy that there was no chance of opening a window to let in some fresh air without having to endure shouting and screaming and even drumming ! Obviously this is beyond the control of the hotel but they should at least warn guests of the noise. Additionally on our first morning we ordered the full English breakfast to set us up for the day. With the exception of the baked beans which were super heated, everything else was stone cold and rock hard ! That was the one and only time we had breakfast at the hotel as there was so much better just a few minutes walk away ! We were really looking forward to this break and had treated ourselves to a "nice" hotel in Benidorm after a disastrous holiday earlier in the year. Unfortunately we were left really disappointed and needing sleep. Next time we are in Benidorm, we will stay at the Rocamar, where our friends were staying and thoroughly enjoyed.
The Hotel is fabulous. Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the stunning bay of Benidorm. Rooms are immaculat, the food is exceptional and all of the staff are friendly and courteous. One member of staff stands out. Carlos Pinede could not have been more helpful. He met us at reception on arrival and throughout our stay provided above and beyond service. He also gets 5 stars along with the hotel!! Thank you for making our holiday special.
