We booked this hotel last minute so paid quite a lot (£300 per night) for a deluxe standard room. The rooms are small, with little room to put down two suitcases. We loved the view though from our balcony, overlooking the theme park...
The hotel is very modern, clean and the pool facilities are phenomenal. There are plenty of sun lounges and the main pool, is clean and my child has a really fun time playing there. It is also really well located having the theme park next door and it’s great that you get tickets included to mundomar and Terra mitra. What let’s this hotel down is the queues. I assume this is a hangover from covid where they haven’t recovered yet to employ enough staff. The queue for check in is ridiculous, you can sometimes be waiting 20-30 minutes and they are extremely strict about when you can check in to your room so don’t expect to go earlier than 3pm to get your room. The queues for dinner were also unacceptable. The bar staff were working so hard and you could see they were also grossly under staffed. The were also queues at the pool bar.
The kids club is non-existent. There is little thought into the activities which is limited to essentially drawing and pool games and just a couple hours a day.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here but it wasn’t worth the amount we paid last minute for the small rooms and queues for services.
Booked and staying here for two nights with my daughter and parents . Got checked in early which was a bonus ,Room is clean and tidy ,good price for all theme ,aqua parks included to visit while here .
Do not visit the restaurant buffett it’s overpriced ,overcrowded just feel you are at a meat market cattle trying to fight to get your food!I do not think it’s worth the money €30 per person and €20 per child ,without even a soft drink thrown in! I recommend you do not visit the restaurant get a taxi and go onto Benidorm for a better atmosphere and value for money on food .
Stayed here for 2 nights in July, lovely clean cool hotel , but as we had only booked for breakfast we didn’t get dinner, so being bery hungry on the Saturday night and nowhere in sight to eat we asked at front desk. We were directed to Iberia, language barrier very difficult. After eating in Iberia which they charged 30 euros per adult 20 for child, food was horrible, hardly ate anything, We told the girl at desk we would have to put on our bill as we didn’t carry money or cards. We were made to feel like criminals , as though we were trying not to pay. Food was disgusting, breakfast was the same.
Staying in Spain and booked one night here. Check in 2 hour wait for room even though check in at 4pm. Finally got to the room at 6pm after being told ‘well room is available FROM 4pm not at 4pm’...
Many people sat waiting for hours. Room average, given a disabled room. Have to bend down to shower. €8 for a cocktail he didn’t know how to make. Remade it and still awful. Couldn’t order us a taxi. Came back to hotel and ordered a drink at the bar which was wrong and we were accused of ordering it wrong. (I know what I like to drink) I’m sat here 4 hours after check in writing this because the service is so crap we decided to go to bed and watch TV! Reception not interested in listening or taking on board and feedback! Will never come back.
Still kept its high standards, very busy at weekends because of Halloween events, very quiet during the week. Staff were all good, room was lovely and stylish, food is a high quality buffet with plenty of choice, closed at lunchtime. €20 per person to visit the indoor pool /spa is a bit too expensive.
