Pool

First time in Benidorm and so glad we picked this hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We stayed on a half board basis and the there was lots of variety for breakfast and evening meal. The pool area is lovely and clean and you don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the pool and was lovely and modern. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the main strip but you can’t hear any noise in your room. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Benidorm and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Lovely clean modern hotel

Quiet and clean hotel. Very calm by the pool compared to other hotels in Benidorm (party central, this isn’t!) … staff always very helpful, polite. Breakfast selection fantastic. Snacks and drinks at the bar also great. Only improvements needed: gym is not worth calling a gym, on one night some guests woke us up in the early hours.

Clean and quiet in Benidorm

The Hotel Helios  holiday was a surprise birthday gift  for my sick husband.
From the moment we entered Angela and Natalie at the hotel concierge were amazing,
Considering the language barrier they treated us with nothing but respect paitients and and wonderful hospitality.
Throughout our stay they have exceeded our expectations with the professional manner in which they ensure you have all you need for your stay.
They were also helpful with directions, food suggestions and entertainment recommendations.
Because of their wonderful Hosting skillls we will definitely return .
I rate this hotel 5 stars although it says 3 you won’t be disappointed

Wonderful Hotel Helios Beautiful Natalie &  Angela

Just back from a fabulous weekend at the Helios with family and friends celebrating my wife's birthday. Julia in guest services looked after us very well. We had a champagne reception by the pool courtesy of Victor and as ever the wonderful team of staff throughout the hotel made our stay first class.

We had a beautiful stay at the Helios hotel . The rooms  are so  clean, the staff can’t do enough for you . The food is five star with a selection for everyone taste.  Julia the customer service representative was so helpful and friendly to people.
