This unique, sunny hotel is situated just 150 m from Levante beach. In the surroundings, guests can find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Public transport links can be found just a short walk away. This beach hotel with a quiet and cosy atmosphere offers a café, a charming terrace and an air-conditioned buffet restaurant. The guests can rest by the swimming pool, too or enjoy relaxation in various lounges. The cosy rooms have a fully equipped bathroom, a telephone and a TV. The air-conditioned rooms come with a balcony. From the terrace guests can enter the bar-café. Several evenings a week guests can enjoy playful music and dance. The nearest golf course is 5 km away.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
One piece of advice, DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE BRITISH! very Spanish hotel, me and my partner felt very uncomfortable with the overrun of Spanish people in this hotel. The staff were rude to us every time we asked for something at the reception and the bar staff was very rude to us. We noticed whilst queueing for a drink at the pool bar, the staff was having laughs with the Spanish customers and then when we came to be served they spoke very little English and looked mardy like they didn’t want to serve us. The entertainment at night was catered for the Spanish, was no mixture of entertainment to say it’s meant to cater for all and was very loud, till late at night where we could here it clear as day on the second floor! The food… I wouldn’t have food here, it was bland and there wasn’t much options and had no signs to state what each thing was so it was a guessing game. On checkout we asked the reception staff if we could have late check out and straight away we got told no, without even checking the system and the woman was very rude about it.
The only positives I will give this hotel is the cleanliness was good, the location was good and there was always a spare bed round the pools.
Would not stay here again, as you feel you get penalised for being British, they shouldn’t let brits stay here if they don’t want them there.
I don’t write bad reviews but DAMN! this hotel was not worth it at all. My partner and I went for 5 days and will not be staying again! Walked in greeted nicely but when we went to our room i wasn’t to happy, the floors felt sandy so no need to go to the beach! Black mold above the AC vent, toilet flush was slightly down so constant flow of toilet water and then it randomly drained itself, the clothes airer on the balcony was nearly hanging off and the bed was half on wheels and half on metal legs that slipped on the floor so had to constantly adjust to make it some what sturdy again. As we where there we saw that it was a very Spanish populated hotel that wherever you went you where getting looked at and felt very out of place. Trying to get a piña colada from the bar took way longer then it should to get served even when there was barely anyone waiting, the drink came out very watery and the bar staff had a face like a slapped bum thinking they have to server a British person. The random nights of music they had was all in Spanish so felt like they were catering for them and being on the second floor we could still hear the music loudly in our room. Breakfast!?! Bland/cheap quality like it’s processed/not that many choices and the fruit that was out looked 2 day dry aged. When I asked for late check out first thing on the day of leaving I had a instant head shake with a awkward pause before her telling me it’s all booked up, she must have telekinesis as she didn’t look on the system to even double check. Also no point trying to book for a massage because they have to message the woman and wait for a response so just find somewhere else personally. If I have to say a good thing it’ll be it’s quite close to the beach and slightly somewhat in a good location between old town and new town(a little walking required for breakfast).
Stayed in July, it was a lovely hotel. Very clean, both inside the rooms and in the public areas. Breakfast was beautiful, they do such nice coffee!! Not a bad thing to say about it. Staff were helpful and happy to answer any questions. Will definitely be returning!!
Firstly this hotel is in a fantastic location for anyone wanting easy quick access to the strip, beach and restaurants.
The rooms were lovely and tidy and very modern.
The hotel is clearly very popular with the older Spanish residents whom were quite judgemental to us younger English folk there for a fun time!
The pool and loungers were always clean and there was always sun beds free so that was a bonus,
The bad points…
The restaurant is TINY with a VERY SMALL selection of food at all three meal times (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
On the first day at breakfast we found maggots in the ‘fresh’ fruit which completely put us off fruit for the rest of our stay, on the second day we stayed safe and had mostly salad at lunch time to which I then found dead fruit flies in the salad (lettuce and pasta salads) after this we were running out of ‘safe’ food options especially as the choice was very limited and we aren’t fussy eaters so that says a lot!!
There was no daytime entertainment (not even music) by the pool which made it rather boring so we quietly played our own which was not well received by the Spanish guests (it was very appropriate and sensible music with no swearing or bad language at a reasonable volume)
It’s a lovely hotel that’s clean in a great location but the restaurant really needs to be investigated as it was very poor. 1/10
Very nice hotel, let down by the reception where the gentleman stated we were no longer guests in the Hotel on checkout and as such we couldn't leave our bags in the secure baggage room !
