The RH Princesa Hotel in Benidorm is one of the best. Impeccable in every respect; it has been beautifully designed and built, and occupies an enviable position, right in the heart of Benidorm. You've got access to everything that this thriving holiday capital can give you. Just 600 metres away you'll see Levante beach. Just promise us you'll savour the experience of coming home to your hotel every evening! With its smart reception area, its impeccable parquet floors and its fabulous facilities, the RH Princesa Hotel is yours to fall in love with. Just look at those facilities! That outdoor swimming pool has to be one of the finest in the Costa Blanca. The indoor pool has been built to the very highest standards. The restaurant is light, airy and inviting.
Here at the RH Princesa Hotel, there's a wonderfully fresh, Mediterranean feel about the decor that makes staying here so pleasurable. The RH Princesa Hotel makes the most of natural light so that you always feel close to the outside. Twin rooms all have balconies too so that you can get out and really make the most of those views and let the light in. The parquet floors maintain that sunny, Mediterranean feel and rooms are designed for comfort. With en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and piped music, you can really lie back and relax. Rooms are also equipped with satellite TV, telephone and hairdryer.
Something else the Princesa Hotel does very well is keep its guests entertained. With day and night entertainment programmes running throughout the year; musical programmes too, there's always something to help make staying in feel like the new going out.
There's a TV room too, as well as a lounge bar with free Wi-Fi, and even a babysitting service. We also recommend the wonderful Jacuzzi – and you really must try the hydro massage…or for some serious relaxation book yourself into the Spa and wellness centre for a few hours (at a fee).
The RH Princesa Hotel is one of those rare and special things – a hotel that looks as good as it sounds, and vice versa.
Please note that single rooms do not have a balcony.

Just back from another fantastic week in the Princesa after 2 years away. We’ve been here countless times now and we are always made to feel at home. Hotel has coped really well with the restrictions with the wearing of face masks mandatory, and having to choose time slots for meals but this didn’t really impact our stay at all.
Food was excellent, great variety and well cooked and presented...
Service as ever in the dining room was faultless.
Bar service was excellent with a special mention to Juan Carlos’s who looked after us all week and ensured our glasses didn’t stay empty for long.
Reception staff were as good as ever and was great to see Jesus, Juan and Fran who welcomed us back like old friends.
Top marks for cleanliness throughout the whole hotel and was really apparent how the group had stepped this up with the current pandemic.
We had only one minor issue which was no water for a period on the first evening. It was quickly remedied though. What we didn’t expect though was to be upgraded to All Inclusive Plus for the inconvenience caused. We really weren’t expecting this as the issue had been fixed quickly and were just blown away with this generous gesture.
Can’t wait to come back and hopefully be there again in December! Thank you RH Princesa for another great stay.
Very nice family friendly hotel with lot of activities for kids. Food was very good and there was something for everyone. All staff from bar staff to entertainment guys are very nice, helpful and friendly...
Definitely one of my favorite hotels.
Well . Very clean Spanish hotel . Food amazing served as buffet . Don't expect fast service at bar or reception ...
It's painfully slow both ..specially when you just arrive and desperate to have a drink 20 mins doesn't work
Bit of a walk to town .. otherwise nice hotel nice break
I booked last minute, my folks had stayed previously and given a good review. However, I was really disappointed with the food. I stayed half board...
Breakfast was limited and evening meals poor. Although they provide an English breakfast, on only one morning was the full range available. For me, this is sausage, eggs, bacon tomatoes and mushrooms. The eggs were always precooked and left under the lamps. Even first thing they looked unloved and uninviting. I've stayed in 4 star hotels in Tenerife and by comparison these have always been fabulous with better choice and willing staff and where eggs would be cooked fresh while you wait. Pasta too.
The hotel itself is nice and the room comfortable. One great frustration was the grand piano - Guests are not allowed to play. What point a piano that stays silent!
Entertainent started great with two excellent dance shows on Saturday and Sunday, but as soon as September came the entertainment dried up. We had the same quiz 3 nights in a row!
Bar prices were reasonable and the spa center is great.
On balance, it is not a place I would like to visit again which is a pity because with a little more effort particularly with the food preparation and willingness to impress, it could have been.
When we booked this holiday with Jet2 we were warned that there maybe some noise from building work nearby. The noise is in fact from a building less than 50 yards away and it’s horrendous!!!!! To be fair they don’t start till after 9am but after that it’s incessant.
