A lovely hotel , central to everything , so no extra costs with taxis ! Clean & well maintained , all staff friendly & helpful, food absolutely gorgeous, hot , loads of choice , some cooked in front of us , delicious, pool small but all you need for a dip to cool off , always got a sunbed without reserving to , music quite loud from neighbouring hotel but not too much of a nuisance as wasn't all day, rooms lovely with great aircon, cleaned daily , no entertainment in hotel July & Aug but we did know in advance but plenty of bars all very near with brilliant singers , bands etc , lovely to sit at front of hotel people watching & enjoying great drink prices , we'll definitely re book , thanks all x
Brilliant service
My husband and I were at the Riviera for 10 days, it was our first time in Benidorm, the hotel all the staff were very approachable and friendly, the food each day had a good selection to choose from, we would definitely book this hotel again

Great hotel.
Staff friendly, food excellent and varied, restaurant staff very attentive. Anabel at reception very helpful, answered our queries promptly. The whole hotel is very clean. Would go back and would recommend.
Brilliant hotel
Omg i can't believe the staff at this hotel, from checking in to restaurant staff ,cleaners even the bar staff they are the best staff i have seen in a hotel they are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble The food was always hot and I have allergies but I never struggled they always had fish and beautiful salad bar The rooms were lovely no problem air con was great maids were in every day clean towels It was our 1st time but it won't be our last but thank you for a lovely stay I met the manageress I will say you should be proud of your staff
Clean, comfortable hotel
Booked a 4 night stay on a half board basis. Great experience and convenient for everything you’d need in the new town. Staff pleasant and helpful. I couldn’t get my safe to work, somebody was sent up straight away to sort it out. Room cleaned daily. Food for breakfast and dinner were good quality and catered for all tastes. Prosecco at breakfast was dangerous though🤣. Would definitely stay again and reccomend for all
