This adults-only hotel boasts an outstanding position for those guests who need pure relaxation and at the same time a bit of action. The property is ideally located only 350 metres from the sandy beaches and a few steps away from Benidorm's city centre, where there are numerous shopping options as well as bars and restaurants totally for guests' entertainment. All the hotel's bedrooms are exterior and have wireless Internet connection for visitors to keep updated. Moreover, some of them even include extra facilities such as a private terrace to enjoy the view with a soft drink or a comfortable king-size bed with romantic and passionate features that give a unique touch to the guest room. Guests can exercise at the on-site gym, as well as disconnect at the wellness centre and enjoy a refreshing swim at the wonderful pool. Bussiness travellers might appreciate the meeting facilities. Hen and stag parties are not allowed at the hotel.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
amazing rooms roof top terrace was beautiful. couple of issues food is at least average breakfast was cold most of the time booked B&B but a themed night too our fancy but the buffet was not good over cooked and not good choices. as a guest we used out cards to access the terrace but still had to wait or staff for entry and exit which is awkward. pool areas really nice a very chilled hotel close to old town
I travelled with a fractured ankle and requested a shower room . We got the shower room (with a stool) which made showering very easy. We also had a room 2 doors away from the lifts. Our room was lovely with a corner balcony , on the main road but any noise never disturbed us. The beds were so comfortable, every night we slept well. The cleaner was very efficient ! The restaurant was beyond our expectations. Every meal (we were full board) was excellent, lots of choices, well presented and so well cooked. It was lovely to always see vegetables. My favourite jelly every day , my husband had desserts every day !! The restaurant staff were always helpful and very busy, smiling and chatty ‘ Everyone we came across from the outside bar and reception were helpful and friendly . The hotel itself is spotless. We never used the pool because of my ankle. All in all with my injury it was a great holiday , so much that we’ve now booked for May next year, when we can also go to the music lounge !! Looking forward to coming back 😀😀😀
We come to Benidorm three times a year and, although we don’t stay at the Riviera Hotel, we are regular visitors to the terrace bar. The bar staff here are always very friendly and welcoming, which isn’t something you can say about some of the other establishments nearby. A special shout-out to our favourite barman in Benidorm, Jairo! He is always smiling, friendly and welcoming, and he always remembers our names. It’s lovely to receive that kind of service every time we visit. Keep up the great work, Jairo. We look forward to seeing you again when we’re back in Benidorm! Jason & Carol

My brother Mark and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at this fantastic hotel. We’ve stayed at the Riviera Beachotel since 2012 and have never dreamed of going anywhere else. From arriving at the hotel, all the staff looked after us so well. They all work so hard to make holiday makers happy. The meals were fantastic. I am gluten intolerant and there was a good variety of food to choose from. The whole hotel is always immaculately clean. We stayed in room 805. It was great for us as we aren’t sun worshipers, so we could sit on the balcony in the mid afternoon and people watch and still be able to hear the music. The building is fantastic but it is the staff who work there that make it such a great hotel. We have booked to return in September 2027 and look forward to seeing you all.
