This recently renovated beach hotel is located next to the shopping and entertainment area known as Rincon de Loix, 400 metres from the beach and close to Mundomar and Aqualandia. In the area, there is a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, and a bustling nightlife. A few metres away, guests will find public transportation links and, a 30-minute walk away, is the tourist centre. This hotel has a relaxing family atmosphere, making it ideal for a relaxing sunny holiday in Spain's world-famous Costa Blanca.

Hard working animation team
The hotel was regular, the food ok, the room ok, the animation was very very good. Work hard.

Would not return. Arrived just after midnight on an All Inclusive basis. Not even offered a bottle of water or drink. Food very basic and repetitive and not always hot. Getting a sunbed was a daily stampede when they open the doors at 9am to the pool area. Our 12yr old Granddaughter was refused access to the waterslides because the attendant said she look too old. Lifts also a nightmare. On the plus side, shower excellent and towels changed daily and bedroom spacious and clean. Aircon good and bar staff friendly, but the token system could do with a review.

Disappointing stay at this 4 star hotel, you have to pay extra for towels for pool, safe daily charge , if you want extra tea/coffee , milk for the room. The rooms are ok , shower is excellent! Daily cleaning of rooms is basic not the best! The pool areas are clean but no where near enough sunbeds for the volume of people ! Food basic and often only warm , I was told to put it in the microwave when I told staff . Good location where hotel is. Quality of drinks is poor 😢
