Great place to stay

Excellent hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Lots of space to chill out. Plenty of sunbathing space with reasonable priced drinks...

Staff excellent and cater to your needs. Room clean and tidy and well presented.

Brilliant Hotel

Review by CheslynHayKooch Wolverhampton, United Kingdom

Holiday company changed our hotel due to our original hotel closing. What a pleasant surprise to find we where going to be in the Hotel Nereo as both my wife and I had often walked past the hotel and wondered what it was like. Everything about this hotel and it's staff are to be commended...

Staff very pleasant from Reception, Dining, Bar, and last but not least the cleaning staff. The food was first class from the very first day of our holiday to the last day. Everything about the hotel was exceptional and was spotlessly clean. Bar staff told me to sit down and relax as they would deliver my drink. Although the Hotel Nereo is more expensive than we would normally pay we both agreed that it would be worth paying and we cannot wait to return.

5 night stay at the Nereo

Review by Sforward1991 Worcester, United Kingdom

Have to say this hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach, shops near by and 5 minute walk from Morgan’s tavern. Oh the indoor market is literally over the road.

The staff throughout our stay were all very hard working, friendly and to be honest went the little extra mile a lot of the time...

Food was good and always lots of choice on offer. We were half board as it was stupid not to for the price and to be honest the best meal out the two was breakfast. Proper English bacon although streaky bacon on offer and so much selections for hot and cold food. All hot food I found was piping hot although the sausages some days were a bit pink in the middle (I’m still here so can’t of been that bad). Evening meal selection was a bit hit and miss to be honest for me personally although always had enough to eat but my wife had no complaints. If you like fish then there appeared to be a few different choices every night. Another little tip for breakfast is they have fresh orange juice at the end of the cold food selection near the cava which is so much better than the juice out of the machine and there is an ice cream machine you can help yourself too at dinner near the toaster.

Beds were really comfy, lots of space to put all our clothes and belongings. Free safety deposit box and small fridge in the room. Only thing we found is that the walls and floors are very thin as we could hear next door having a conversation one of the nights when trying to go to sleep and early in the morning we could hear every footstep of the people directly above us.

Pool area seems small considering the size of the hotel but to be honest there’s enough space around the pool including the solarium. Towels on offer if you haven’t packed your own and also have to say the cleanliness around the pool was a 10/10. Every evening every inch was hosed down and every morning it was spotless.

FYI we checked out just before midday like they ask but we weren’t getting picked up until 1630. The receptionist asked us if we needed to shower before being picked up which we didn’t realise was an option so just a heads up if you are in the same situation. Another bit of great service they offer as previous time I’ve been in this situation as soon as you check out that’s it.

Fourth time visiting Benidorm and I have to say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far.
