Annual lads 4 days away in benners!!
We travel every year to Benidorm in a group and always stay in the pueblo, the rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, we go half board as the food is very good, some thing for everyone, the breakfast is superb, staff are friendly and keep the place immaculate, It it situated just far enough away from the noise and bussel of the night life and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Why did I come back
Been here twice now. Both times kept awake every night by noisy guests which this hotel seems to attract. Ignore what you read on their website which says they don't cater for large single sex groups, utter nonsense. When you see 25 women checking in at the desk with Dirty Donna's 50th Birthday Mashup T-Shirts on you know what kind of place you're staying in.
First time we got placed in the annexe. Big mistake. They have a central staircase and you can hear every step of every guest coming home. Almost constant noise from 10pm onwards until 6am. Assuming their singing doesn't drown the steps out.
We tried to avoid this on the second visit (not my idea) by paying extra to stay in the city facing rooms as they couldn't guarantee we wouldn't be placed in the annexes. Another big mistake. The city facing rooms have 3 beds in which again, attracts single sex groups and the incessant noise that comes with it. First night 3 lads came back at 5am and sang non stop until 9am.
Food is OK, nothing special but not terrible. Pool area is nice but you'll have to suffer the 6am rush to get a spot, same as everywhere though.
If you're a couple or a family I'd avoid this place like the plague. If you're a gang of men or women and want to bring the strip back to the room for an after party then this is the place for you.

Great base to stay at in Benidorm!
Hotel staff were excellent. I travelled solo and asked for a room on a low floor, they offered me one with a slightly lower one available in a couple of hours and I was happy to wait.
Rooms are so efficiently cleaned - even when I was up late on one morning, it was still cleaned later that afternoon.
Hotel is in such a good location, short walk to bars but far enough away to get a decent nights sleep.
13 of us stayed here in total, no complaint across any of the 7 rooms we had.
Would certainly recommend. Cleaning staff are some of the best I’ve come across!
Didn’t make breakfast sadly, but the ones who did were really pleased.
Hidden gem!
Really friendly staff, easy check in and check out, clean, food was brilliant, pool area with bar is incredible, the location is brilliant. The atmosphere was great with the entertainment team playing games at the pool. Will be back next year!
It’s Alright if you don’t mind crap food and your clothes getting stolen
Food was a bit rubbish, and not much to choose from from the buffet, you have to pay for your drinks. But hotel and pools are nice.
I would have rated higher if it wasn’t for the several items including branded clothing and medication that went missing from our room with no explanation. They checked the laundry and CCTV reluctantly and we were told the the house keeper said no one took anything and that all the staff have been working there a long time and it’s never happened before.
However that doesn’t excuse the fact that we were stolen from.
