Just come back from 3 days in Benidorm arriving just as all bars and restaurants were shut because of the Coronavirus.
Things were not looking good however the staff at the hotel were brilliant being helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the food choice was impressive for cost and cooked really well...
The bar was well stocked and seeing as we weren’t allowed outside, the barmen looked after us and the night entertainment was great fun.
Will definitely go back here and would recommend this hotel.
Lovely place , food was good and plenty of it , Manuel the bar man was a top lad and even helped me with a bit of spanish , The reception staff very helpful and the english lady on the desk has all the info you may need . Pedro the chef cooks on request and smiles as he does it, I even had a laugh with the waitress in the dining room who can come across as stern but is actually good fun.
Stayed full board 8th to 13th March as a solo traveller. Hotel is very clean and staff poiite and helpful. Breakfast and dinner fine, lunch choice is limited probably as not busy enough at this time of year...
did not stay for evening entertainment so no comment there,. bar area comfortable beer is Amstell only tried once ok if you like Amstell
Although our holiday was cut short due to the Corona virus, our time spent at the Rialto was lovely. The staff all hard working. Rooms spotless...
Food tasty and plentyfull. bar area colourful and nice seating areas. The gem at the Rialto being Jackie the Servigroup guest rep. Although most clientele came with different companies, Jackie was the one they headed for advice and help. We came with Jet 2 and couldn't fault their service at a very difficult time. We will be back hopefully.
Viewed pics on Tripadvisor before booking and very deceptive of hotel size was a lot smaller in reality. Walls very thin & tv, arguments, furniture being moved is very loud. Staff work so hard as not many of them usually 3 in restaurant/bar at one time. Food was not to our liking but breakfast good and varied choice...
Ice cream machine turned off after first night so had to ask for a small tub if you wanted any (only one flavour too). Menu put up for next day the night before so sometimes we ate at lunch then ate out for tea. Good location 5/10 mins walk to Morgan’s Tavern area by hotels Ambassador Playa/Pelicanas/Flash. Also good buses to catch opposite Burger King/McDonald’s. Sightseeing bus 30 Levante/Poniente & Finestrat or bus 31 to Albir & Altea. €6 if you stop on just one bus & don’t get off. €11 for a 24 hour hop on hop off journey which can be also used on local buses aswell. Good coffee & brandy/ Tia Maria deals at most bars €2.40/€2.70 fantastic!!! Check out breakfast when leaving early toaster will not be on also milk not left out. I used my own anyway which I kept in fridge for week. This is free & safe too. Will not put us off Benidorm but more careful where we book....
