Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location is very nice, water is very clear, watersports a lot, restaurants a lot of varieties. But if you are 20-30 years old, you don’t need to come here because here ALMOST 95% are age 50-70 an I don’t mean it like negatively but that is the true. Almost 60-70% of tourists are from England very noise and rude not all of them but half. Hotel is not 4 stars hotel, I will rate at 3 stars, doors from hotel have a spot big one like the door is too short, water pressure from shower very poor, food it is ok, because you have also a lot of restaurant near. Personal is kind and they speak very well English, only one Javier Martinez is very rude and didn’t know the rules from hotel. Fatima from bar is the best she brings you everything what you need, very kind. Cleaning in the hotel very big problem, a women with blonde hair and glasses the best, the other members from cleaning staff all the time they didn’t clean the room like need it to be, I need to complain few times. I spent here 13 nights but like I said maybe in the next 30 years I will come back because of old people is not for youngest people.
Loved the location of the hotel, on the beach and so many bars nearby.You can walk to the old town in 5 minutes! Food is ok , very Spanish and wasn't always sure what it was.Staff are amazing, especially Theresa at the pool bar.Rooms small but clean and fresh.Great shower! Reception staff helpful .Would definitely recommend!
Lovely hotel with nice rooms and buffet area, However, pool area is small with a slight battle for seating so have to arrive early to guarantee a sunbed. Staff are all very friendly, especially fatima always has a big smile and very attentive she’s always amazing.

This is a 3/4 star city centre hotel on the beach - its not a resort. It is a older style that has been refurbished so smaller rooms, older lifts, no real facilities outside - but you are right on the beach so its not needed.
Check in fine, only 2 small lifts for whole hotel means stairs for lower floors and quite small corridors and rooms makes it a bit noisy. Worth the upgrade to rooms with balconies on the sea front as that makes a difference. Adults only creates its own atmosphere.
Pool really small, cramped seating area with lots on shade so rarely used it
Breakfast superb, massive range of food and freshened up regularly .
So good spot as a base for old town Benidorm close by, on beach and just far enough way from the nightlife to be quiet
