Set around a 700 sq. m lagoon-style pool, this modern resort offers the perfect venue for an unforgettable vacation in Benidorm. It is located in a quiet area of the town, a 12-minute walk from Levante beach and a 25-minute one from the centre and the Old Town. While the surroundings house a number of charming cafes, bars and shops and just a 10-minute walk away is the Real de Faula Golf Club. For the guests who simply want to relax the venue has everything that is needed - a mini market that is open 7 days a week, restaurant that serves full-course meals and a poolside bar where they can sip drinks and enjoy the lovely Mediterranean weather. When the weather isn't that great the heated indoor pool takes over as the place where to be and the steam room and the fitness centre become a lot more enjoyable.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I love this place. Have been with family twice and this year went with a friend. We ate exclusively on site as the menus were superb and such good value for money. The complex is spotless, never stop cleaning, staff are brilliantly helpful at all times, about to book for next year and have recommended to lots of people.
We are just about to leave these apartments and have to say have been very impressed. Whole complex is spotless and staff work really hard to keep everywhere clean and tidy. The rooms are a really good size really clean with everything you need for a stay in Benidorm. The hotel facilities are really good, the pool is big with a child's play area in the shallow end with a small child's pool near by. There is a jacuzzi facility in the main pool which is good and a lifeguard on duty st all times. The pool area isn't open till around 10 so you don't get people coming down dead early and taking sunbeds. We never had a problem finding any. There is a bar around the pool and another bar that does food and drinks. Food is really good and not to expensive same with the drinks. People will have mentioned the location and would say if you have mobility issues you may struggle however the walk down to the beach from the hotel is pleasant but can be quite steep. Takes about 10 min to the beach then a 5 minute walk along the beachfront to get into the Old Town, one advantage of the location however is that it is quiet of a night we had an undisturbed sleep every night.
We have stayed in Benidorm a lot and this is probably one of the best places we have stayed. We have booked to come again in September. Thank you to all of the staff for making us feel so welcome.
The best way to describe the Terralta apartments is good value for money and now for the bad. 😞 Breakfast is the same basic choices and the hot options are not that hot unfortunately. The pool bar food is a bit pricey and the draught beer is flat as a witches 😁, on our last day we were eating breakfast when the airport transfer bus arrived, so we grabbed what food we could from our table and started making our way to the restaurant doors, only to be blocked off by angry members of staff shouting "you cannot take food from the restaurant put it down" .We tried to explain our bus had arrived and we had to go but it made no difference so we had to leave empty handed. Also towels were only changed twice in 10 days, but the worst thing about this hotel is the location it's up a hill and too far from the old town.
Lovely week away, good selection of food each day. All the staff were helpful & hard-working. Despite being busy there was still plenty of sun loungers left and there is no sun bed wars which makes a change from our previous holidays. The maid cleaned our room 3 x times, thank you. My only reason for not giving 5* is that the beds are little uncomfortable. Otherwise we will come back again.
We've been back to the Terralta 5 times now and it doesn't lose anything for us. The complex is spotlessly clean in all the public areas and the apartments. We love the location - just tucked away on a hill but only 20 minutes stroll down the hill to the old town. A taxi into the new town is only a few euros. The apartments are 3 star but very spacious, clean and has everything you need to self cater. The balconies are large and have plenty of space to sit. The pool is lovely great for kids snd adults and we found it easy to get sunbeds as they don't open the gate till 10am so it stops people reserving them. There's a great snack bar if you want a nice lunch here too. The salads are lovely and you can get chicken in breadcrumbs chips etc all served really nicely. The staff on reception and in the bar are friendly amd helpful. We love that everything closes by midnight so you can sleep. If you want party party then benidorm is on your doorstep but if you just want to chill these apartments are ideal for couples and families. The entertainment is low key but we enjoyed it. Quizes, karaoke and visiting singers dancers and magic act. Absolutely love it here and already booked for 2 weeks next June.
