Very badly ran staff rude do not care about guest's complaints ignored room only cleaned once during a weeks stay WOULD NOT Recommend worst holiday of my life went to celebrate my 60th birthday will remember as had such a bad experience there
So many positives to post about this hotel. Reception staff lovely and very friendly. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Lovely fresh smell after the maid had been in. The breakfast to 11am (first I’ve ever had this at a hotel always been 9:30/10am) was a win for us I actually got my teenagers to breakfast. The freshly made orange juice was delightful! The pool is spotlessly clean and the fact that loungers are not allowed to be reserved works so well for this hotel. We never struggled to get a lounger after breakfast and it stopped the lounger anxiety I normally have lol! The pool had different activities throughout the day to keep the children and adults entertained. The lifeguard was maybe just a little too strict at times, children naturally jump in a pool so it was difficult to stick to that rule of not jumping in for them. But he is probably part of the reason the pool area is so clean, tidy and organised. Overall we loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely return.
Sensational reception, they always helped us (car renting, post, shuttle).
Had a nice family holiday here end of July/start of August. Not the best all-inclusive experience we've had, but not the worst either.
Overall, I feel the hotel could do with a little love and work (had a few problems with our rooms, etc), but I liked the size (not too big) and facilities (indoor pool great bonus). Good size for granting independence to young children (we had ages from 7 to 11) too, to go off on their own for a little bit, to watch entertainment solo, without them going too far. All felt safe.
Special huge mention to the staff, who were really lovely, especially all the people at the mini club who made the kids feel amazing – Claudia, Jesús, Estefi, Vicky, Vero, Fabi, Vi and Denise.
Want to give some love too to head chef Juan, who was really lovely to talk to, gave us a few special plates, and works wonders on what seems to be a limited budget. And to the cleaners too, who kept the rooms in good condition and were just so lovely to the kids.
If you have people with mobility problems and interested in exploring local area/beaches etc, I wouldn't recommend it, given the hill etc.
Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Well equiped apartments with shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid and even bottles of water supplied ready for your arrival. Personally we loved how sun beds can't be reserved, as it meant no mad dash for beds and you could pretty much turn up any time during day and get a sun bed. The spa was a lovely addition (had a lovely massage day before we left) and the sun terrace near spa was quiet for sunbathing. Yes the location is on a steep hill, but if you use the carpark enterance you can cut a chunk of the steep element out. The marina is a bit of a walk but hotel will call a taxi for you and they arrive quickly. The hotel does offer an array of activities for children. Our daughter particularly enjoyed the foam party activity.
