Great hotel.

Rooms lovely and clean.

Facilities fantastic - outdoor pool area was great, never an issue getting sunbeds, kids loved the indoor pool - we hadn't expected to use it but it great when it got too hot. Gym was really good too. Food was ok, lots of options, but random at times but loads and decent quality. Staff friendly.

Loved that it was at the end of the strip.

2 min walk from the beach, 2 min walk from a great supermarket. Short taxi from the Marina - it is walkable but we'd kids with us.

It’s been a week since we returned from our 9th stay at Benalmádena Palace, and we’re still talking about what a fantastic time we had! This was also our second stay this year, and once again, we were made to feel completely welcome and looked after from start to finish.

A special thank you to Natalia, who organised our stay. We booked directly with the hotel and arranged our flights separately, and she made the whole process incredibly smooth and personal. We really appreciate all of her help.

After nine stays (in just a few years), one of the biggest reasons we keep returning is the people. It’s wonderful to see familiar faces, be recognised, and have staff remember us and, importantly, our children. That personal connection means so much to us.

A huge thank you to the Kids Club team - Jesus, Vero, Claudia, Fabi and Victoria - led by Steffi. They are absolutely fantastic with the children and create such a fun, welcoming and caring environment. Our children always look forward to seeing them.

Steffi deserves a very special mention. She is a real star - full of energy, positivity and genuine care. The “Benny Around the World” summer show she puts on is fantastic, and the fact that the children get to be part of the show themselves makes it even more special. Watching our children take part, have fun and enjoy their moment on stage creates memories that we know they’ll carry with them for years. It really is what a family holiday should be about - giving children experiences they’ll remember and parents memories they’ll treasure. Steffi deserves huge credit for creating something so special.

We also want to recognise Benjamin, Manuel, Juan, Angel and Tommy for their warmth, kindness and excellent service throughout our stay. Manuel in particular deserves special recognition - his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond really stand out. We genuinely believe he is a leader in the making and hope the hotel gives him every opportunity to progress.

There are honestly far too many members of staff to name individually, but every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The service and attitude of the whole team are a huge part of why we continue to return.

After nine stays, the consistency is what impresses us most. The hotel is wonderful, but it is the people who make Benalmádena Palace special.

Our 3rd year staying at this hotel and again what a wonderful experience. Management and staff are excellent, attentive and polite. The food is excellent, we usually get the egg white omelette from Maria for breakfast and it is superb. Dinner has different theme nights with a vast array of delicious foods to suit all. We stayed full board last year and lunch was delicious also. The life guards and the children’s club are excellent and provide great activities for children and adults. The hotel itself is spotless and the bedrooms are spacious. It is probably unfair to name names however the ones I remember are Manuel, Steffie, Jesus and of course Benny. The tall manager at reception is excellent and couldn’t do more. Can’t wait to return next year and perhaps for Halloween 🎃
