Located in Benalmadena, in a residential area just 200 m from the beach and Malaga Airport is about 8 km away. This hotel is 2 km from the city centre and its many shops and entertainment areas while the stunning Marina City is only 1 km away. The hotel offers a cosy bar, a souvenir shop, a TV room and a restaurant. The hotel also offers laundry service and the younger guests will be entertained at the kids' club and playground. The hotel boasts a water park, with a lake pool and water games for children. For the younger ones there are two animal-shaped pools, a shark and sea serpent, a mushroom-shaped shower and a tower with two water slides and a splash bucket that will make for an exciting holiday.
This is the only hotel abroad I have ever returned to because we had such a great experience there.
Last year we went for 10 days with our 4 and 9 year old this year we went again and brought along my in-laws.
This hotel is absolutely fantastic for children between the ages of 3-11 ( I would say) It feels like a very safe, enclosed space and is busy with families and lots of kids to make friends with. The splash park is fantastic, a great size and really fun for the younger children. The flumes give the older ones more free rein and feels like a mini water park. The lifeguards are great with children and look after them all well. The only issue I would see here is if you are a family of early risers, the pool doesn’t open till 10. This suits us perfectly but I would take this into consideration if we were a family with 6am rises. People go crazy over sitting at the splash park and queue there from earlier than I am even awake. I would go to the main pool at 9.45 every day, stand in a short queue and get sunbeds easily without racing around. Small park on site that the kids all hang around in at night. Only issue is that you will get a group of older ones battering a football around it and it’s not really the space for it.
Entertainment during the day and in the evening is exactly what we were looking for. Nothing too OTT or intrusive on your day. Night time mini disco was at a good time for us as not rushing to get there after a day out or at the pool. Magician, singers, dancers, acrobats in the evening. My children enjoyed watching them all.
We stayed BNB both times and wouldn’t change that. Breakfast has a fantastic selection- the same that you would get in any hotel and everything seems very fresh and well presented. The hotel is in a great location for eating out with lots of cafe/ bars and restaurants in walking distance. We used uber to travel further and found it very reasonable. Jacks at the marina, Maracas (down at the beach) Lime and Lemon, Amici Italian, and Lotus (when visiting the Bioparc in Fuengirola) were my favourites.
The hotel feels very clean and there are always staff doing maintenance or cleaning. The staff working at the bar area -especially Sarita and Jose Carlos- went out of their way to look after us.
The rooms are a little small for a family with no separate sleeping areas. This didn’t bother us as we don’t come on holiday to sit in a hotel room.
My children had the best time and were crying when leaving, we would 100% recommend and would maybe think about returning for a THIRD time.
Amazing family hotel with lots to do and see for the children. Our kids particularly loved the splash pool and spent so much of their time here! The food was great, staff very attentive and friendly and the entertainment was good. Very clean too. Would definitely stay here with your family!
Here with my son and can't fault it, The food is good although I've had more choice at other all inclusives. The waterpark is a win for the kids he loved it! Alot of people queuing up for sunbeds but can be expected in the hight of the summer with school holidays ect.
The hotel itself is clean and well presented but rooms are too small for a family of four plus suitcases. Our bath had a large burnt mark on it which wasn’t the greatest.
We booked All Inclusive but I wish we had saved the money and only went b&b. I thought dinners were terrible, some of the meat was barely chewable. I think the queueing put us off more than anything so we ate out most nights. Also 7:30 dinner is too late for a family hotel as others have said.
The kids club is great as is the mini disco and globy. Kids also enjoyed the slides and splash park.
My partner and I were both ill towards the end of the holiday which is still ongoing. I’ve read in a previous review about a virus going about so can only assume it’s related to that which is not a great way to end a holiday.
Juani was an excellent cleaner she was very polite and the room.remained very clean our whole stay
