Amazing time at palmasol hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff where continuously making sure everyone was happy and had everything they wanted a big shout out to Tarik who was amazing
They offer an “all inclusive” package which is completely inaccurate. The amount of terms and conditions added to the “all inclusive” makes the holiday stressful - only 2 drinks per person, selected by the hotel (most drinks aren’t included as you would expect with an all inclusive). Staff physically ran after us shouting we aren’t allowed in the buffet after attending the BBQ (we ate nothing which staff knew, chicken was raw and we were given 1 roast potato each with 1 sausage to share between 3 people). Portions for “all inclusive” are much smaller than those with half board and pay for food at the bar - we’ve paid either way so portions should be the same.
Staff laughed at us and made a joke that we must be hungry because we’ve come to the breakfast and dinner buffet every day - jokes about food is disgusting.
Half the buffet restaurant is closed every day, they open about 20 tables for the entire hotel and shut off the rest to keep them “clean”. Struggled finding a table for 4 every evening and was shouted at for sitting at a “breakfast table” during dinner time. Staff waved hands in the air and made a big scene, despite cutlery and plates being constantly dirty anyway. Not once did i find a clean plate, cutlery or glass first time.
Pool area is very small, we managed to get a sun bed 1 day out of the 7 because staff let people reserve seats with towels all day when half aren’t being used.
This is by far the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at, completely ruined the holiday and couldn’t wait to leave!!
We’ve just returned from an amazing 8-night all-inclusive stay at the Palmasol, and we had a fantastic holiday. We upgraded to a superior room, and it was definitely worth it. The balcony was huge, with sun loungers as well as a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to relax.
The hotel’s location is excellent – just a short walk to the harbour, with easy access via a few steps, so everything is within easy reach.
Our room was spotless throughout our stay, and every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The food was varied every day, with plenty of different options to choose from. The lunchtime bar snacks were cooked fresh to order, and although there was sometimes a wait of around 10 minutes, it really didn’t bother us. We simply grabbed a drink, found a seat, and relaxed while we waited.
A special mention has to go to the entertainment team – you were absolutely amazing! Your energy and enthusiasm never stopped, and you worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone had a great time.
We saw some people complaining about a lack of sunbeds around the pool, but we never had any issues finding one. We also loved the wristband with the built-in room key – such a simple but brilliant idea, meaning there was no need to keep searching through bags for a key card.
The showers always had plenty of hot water with great pressure, and the air conditioning in the room was excellent, keeping us cool and comfortable every night.
A huge thank you to everyone at the Palmasol for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would return without hesitation and can honestly say we had the full “Palm Experience.” Highly recommended!
Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. The all inclusive is not worth it at all, as there are several additional rules regarding drinks & snacks. Some of the staff were quite rude. The receptionist staff were nice and helpful and the food was good however the same cannot be said for the barbecue- we got given one new potato each. I definitely wouldn’t come back or recommend to others. There isn’t enough sun loungers and the pool area is small so each day we had to go to the beach as there wasn’t space to sit by the pool. Looks much better in the photos than actually was. Felt like we was an inconvenience being all inclusive. On a positive note the wrist bands were good so u don’t have to carry a key card.
Great location, friendly staff, great choice of food every day, local drinks were good & great choice of snacks throughout the day. Clean rooms . Lovely atmosphere. I'd return to the Hotel with its great location to everything you need!
