This stunning hotel is located is on Atalaya Isdabes beach front and in the heart of the Costa del Sol just 5 km from Puerto Banus and 13 km from Maebella and Estepona. There is are numerous restaurants, bars, and shops available and public transportation. This establishment spans across 40,000 square grounds that are filled with ponds, fountains, gardens and extensive green woodlands. A water park called the Splash World is fully integrated into the hotel complex and includes a kamikaze slide that will launch you into the 12 feet pool, a capsule slide, a large wave pool and others tornado slides with rafts and aqua-racers. All relaxed rooms are air-conditioned and have balconies, flat screen TV with cable channels, a safety deposit box, telephone, free Internet Wi-Fi Access, a mini-bar, security doors and full bathroom with hairdryer. Other hotel amenities are a beach club restaurant with a large terrace and an entertainment stage. The hotel features outdoor swimming pools, children's playground, sport facilities and free self-parking is also available.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid this hotel at all costs, whilst we were there we were faced with pigs trotters for dinner, regugatted hotdogs sausages, raw food and unhygienic conditions (cockroaches) just to name a few of the complaints Fighting, windows being smashed etc, there's a very long list Could not get the hotel manager or staff to engage about the problems we had and just shrugged their shoulders.
Only positve for us was becky the tui rep ! Tui need to take responsibility for this place, there are better hotels out there for the price. Tui buried their heads in the sand as well as hotel manager but our court date in 2 weeks !

Great holiday
Don’t be put off by any bad food reviews, I nearly was. Big selection- clean and every night a bbq chicken etc which I had most nights ( really good ) Cristina the manager was amazing as was all her staff ! Rooms clean and nice, slides great ! Only let down was the animation team- did nothing with my son all week. Everyone else 5star !

Good entertainment
We make a painting workshop. I saw the shows. Magic was one of my favourite. And I was a winer of the pool Game it was so fun. We love the entertainment team. We now Noelia at workshop painting and she was so good.
Cockroaches
Staying here atm. Not happy at all. Cockroaches in room for past 3 days. All they do is spray the room. I cant sleep. Never had this in spain, turkey , greece, egypt or mexico. Being travelling for over 20 years never had this problem. So disappointed, Rep not interested either. Will be contacting Tui.
