Holiday cancelled/resort closed but no refund given

We have been completely devastated by the actions of Ikos resorts this year. We travelled to Oceania in 2016, Olivia in 2017, Dassia in 2018 and Aria in 2019. This year we booked again as a large family to visit Andalucia (booked for June 23rd)...

From what we have learn of the Ikos brand the past few years we would at least expect a credit note or chance to move the holiday to another date when opened yet this has evaded us. Really gutting.
