Think again
if you are thinking of booking this hotel, THINK AGAIN. Cold food in restaurant, noisy air conditioning, very dated (not seen a shower curtain in a hotel for many years), most of the staff were very rude, I think Basil Fawlty had trained them. Any query was answered with 'it's not possible' Very isolated, needed taxis to get anywhere that served hot food.
Fantastic hotel
We have stayed at trh paraiso in two separate occasion we found the room lovely and spacers very clean and comfortable when for extra pillow they where very quick to bring them up all in all is a great room we stayed in room 211 and 311 both rooms where lovely nice bright and very comfortable. The staff where very accommodating when we arrived and very nice the receptionist where very kind and helpful always. The restaurant staff were very kind and helpful could not do enough to help you alway they always had a smile and ready to help you. The breakfast was very nice excellent choice of hot and cold food all freshly prepared chef was very nice alway happy to make fresh eggs if needed . All in all I will be back very soon we love staying there love the location is good with free parking entertainment was ok Estefania was very nice and very pleasant and happy to accommodate you. The pool is lovely and big and very clean I think I’ve covered it all . I would recommend this hotel we usually go for 3 weeks Room service is good as well Hope this is helpful love this hotel it’s very good and very secure felt very safe We took pictures with the staff and the chefs and will be seeing you very soon it value for money Janet B

⭐ Avoid at All Costs
Our experience at TRH Paraíso was absolutely awful, and unfortunately there was very little to enjoy about our stay.
The food was consistently cold and of very poor quality. Service was extremely slow, with staff often taking a very long time to serve us, and we also found some members of staff to be quite rude and unhelpful. As English-speaking tourists, the language barrier made things even more difficult and frustrating.
The air conditioning was another major problem. It either didn’t work properly or was extremely loud, while the rooms themselves were unbearably hot. It made sleeping and relaxing very difficult.
The hotel is seriously outdated and desperately needs refurbishment. The pool also appeared dirty and was not somewhere we felt comfortable spending time.
To make matters worse, our room key card repeatedly stopped working. We had to keep going back down to reception to have it reconfigured just to get back into our room, which became incredibly frustrating.
The overall experience was so poor that we ended up leaving the hotel to find food elsewhere every day, spending a fortune on taxis just to find an edible meal.
For us, this was a thoroughly disappointing stay from start to finish. There are far too many problems to overlook, and based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding TRH Paraíso.

2026 holiday
Hotel was clean all round. Food was ok nothing spectacular but always something to eat wide range. Pool was good as my daughter was just learning to swim. Only thing is shops are deffo a taxi trip away about 5-10 euro. As the walk back is all very steep hills.staff are ok some just don’t understand English.
Best staff member was EZIO he was on front desk great guy very helpful and professional. Thanks to EZIO our holiday was made a bit better.
Lovely little hotel
We booked due to location near to wedding venue and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is welcoming and spotlessly clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful, without exception. Location is up a steep hill but it is walkable, only 600 metres to bars and restaurants, you can get an Uber or local taxi back up - we walked. Hotel food is reasonable and drinks are very realistically priced. Pool area is lovely, plenty of beds but some attention needed to pool cleaning, tiles above waterline getting build up of black grease, which needs monitoring. Gardens are lovely. Overall we had a lovely time here and would stay again if visiting this area of Spain again.
