1-When i arrived to this hotel , the A/c isn’t working and we changed the room at night time with my children, unfortunately the next room have same problem and we can’t sleeping until morning , thay sent two technical person and they work 4 hours in room. Finally we loos around 1 days . 2-alcohol drink isn’t allowed to sell in this hotel , and they don’t inform to customer before reservations...
3- internet connection really it was not good . 4- with all this problems i wanted to have late cheq out till 17 o’clock but thay accept just 15 and the rest should be pay 100 euro . 5-staff is very kindly .

Worst hotel ever and certainly not worth the 5 star rating it claims. We paid for a 5 star experience however what we got was no better than a hostel. I will never stay here again. When we got there nobody offered us a drink, we carried our own bags upstairs and nobody gave us any suggests of restaurants or bars to go to. The first two nights we had no air conditioning when we complained that our room was 28 degrees and we have had 2 sleepless nights, we were offered 50% off one night. When we said this is not good enough as it hasn't been working for 2 nights and 1 whole day, they retracted their offer and told us to go to another hotel...
We asked to speak with the general manager and he refused to speak with us. This is simply unheard of and terrible customer service. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned every single day and often they forgot to leave us with any show gel and soap to wash our hands! Once when I opened, what was supposed to be a fresh towel, a clump of blonde hair fell out! Disgusting!!! We once asked front desk to book us a reservation, he did attempt to do so with attitude. When he did not get through to the restaurant he said you will have to try. I have stayed in 5 stars before and they would not ever tell you do something yourself. This is what makes a 5 star. They also do not advertise that they do not sell alcohol at all in the restaurant due to it being halal. I wish we had known as we really wouldn't have stayed here. Overall, it was really an unpleasant experience and if you choose to stay here I hope you do not run into any difficulty as the staff are seriously not well equipped as they are rude and condescending. They all seriously need some more training on how to treat a paying customer. This hotel is a 3 star at best. I personally would recommend Iberostar Hotel Coral Beach. My friend had an issue they upgraded him immediately for the rest of the trip free of charge...now that's great service!!
I’ve been here several times but the hotel is getting worst.
Air conditioning did not work for two days.
Swimming pool area its not clean: during the day its dirty, the bar staff do not pass regularly to pick up glasses and other stuff, that remain there and even in the swimming pool...
Barman at the swimming pool in jeans and tennis. With his own clothes? Not at a 5 star level.
Not enough towels, chairs and umbrellas at the swimming pool area!! I’ve arrived more than once and had to go away cause it was full.
Corridors at room floors are not clean.
Breakfast area not clean and service not well organized.
Only two counters for check in and check out. Ridiculous for its dimension. You can wait more than ten min. It would be easy to add a pre-assistance or another one or two counters.
The rooms (I’ve been in two differents ones this stay) has always somewhere something broken. The shower, the balcony door, the light switch, etc. Apparently they do not check the rooms regularly and fully.
During August the hotel is full but its not an excuse for this poor service. I have been in July as well and it is a little bit better.
Overall its sad to see such a poor managment In an hotel that has the structure and the position

-the barman don’t remove the glass from the tables in the swimming pool -floor dirty -breakfast with just 2 waitress -air conditioning loud -to check in it took us a while since there were just two receptionist in a hotel of 400 rooms it’s not enough at all

Stayed here for a girls trip and was very nice. Great location, very clean and breakfast was excellent.
Nice mix of clientele in the hotel...
Would recommend and will most likely book again for a long weekend.
