Roc Marbella Park

It was actually a blessing in disguise. It was not our intention to stay there, but circumstances turned out that way and I can still say that we enjoyed it very much. Because the staff was so professional yet very accessible, you could really enjoy a holiday. Until the splash area, it was ensured that people did not reserve beds with their towels, as in most hotels. Despite the size of the hotel, there were no long lines for food at the restaurant or outside the bar. What me The most personal thing that stayed with me is that they were open to real feedback because they take their guests seriously. My compliments! Keep it up and see you soon!

This Hotel is far from a 4 star, firstly it is run down and dated, pool areas were filthy, the adult pool hadn't been cleaned in the whole week we were there. Restaurant had very little choice, and apart from breakfast everything was barely warm therefore we ate out most evenings which defeats the object of all inclusive. We were there the week before thec hotel was due to close down for the winter so evening entertainment was limited to one entertainer and was very poor also bar stock ran down, hence again going out in the evenings and not being able to utilise the all inclusive benefits. To be fair pool bar staff were very good. On a plus note there were some lovely bars and restaurants in Elviria which is less than a 5 minute walk. There was a bus 5 mins away to Marbella which is around a 30 min bus ride or 20 euros in a taxi. Not sure why the hotel is named Marbella Park as it isn't even in Marbella. Would we revisit the hotel, absolutely not.
