A small but lovely hotel just about 20 minutes walk from center of Nerja also local bus to center . Staff are very pleasant and very helpful and nothing was a problem for them. Lovely swimming pool and outdoor bar area and atmosphere very good...
The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of everything . Would highly recommend this hotel it was our first time and we cant wait till we can visit again.
When we checked in we were very disappointed with one of the superior rooms we had been allocated. This was quickly sorted and we were offered an alternative room which was more to our liking due to the lovely view and easy access to the pool. Breakfast was fine but more choice of cereal would of been nice...
Some areas of the hotel needed a little TLC and a good dust but for the price we paid we never expected luxury. Spent time round the lovely pool area but it was difficult to relax due to the loud noise a nearby manhole cover made every time a car drove over it. Happy hour each day from 5 until 9 was great and each afternoon we enjoyed a couple of drinks before getting ready for the evening. Staff were very friendly and it was always service with a smile. On our last night we ate in the hotel restaurant and I have to say the food and service was outstanding and extremely reasonable. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel and for us the location was great. Despite a few little niggles we would definitely return if we ever visit Nerja again.
The restaurant at Hotel Los Arcos “Brasería Ibérica”is absolutely excellent.It is immaculate with fantastic attention to detail,full of atmosphere and the food is of a very high standard,All covid standards are not only adhered to but go well beyond expectations,I cannot rate this place any higher,it is absolutely perfect.Also a huge thank you to Carolina an all the team always professional,always attentive,even during a heatwave and a pandemic,THANK YOU!!!!!
This hotel never disappoints you. The Covid precautions which have been taken made us feel very safe and secure. The staff are second to none in making guests feel happy and welcome. The hygiene and cleanliness is first rate. Breakfast is taken inside the hotel in a safe environment with a good choice of continental and English Fayre. The restaurant at the moment is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday with an exciting new menu which has something for everyone. Also available everyday is snacks and pizza etc. Will we be coming back again Absolutely Well done Hotel Los Arcos
We have just checked in for our 9th visit to this Hotel , Hotel as always good .BUT , be aware that the restaurant at the Hotel is only open Friday and Saturday evenings at the moment due to the Pandemic . which is understandable .. and here is the BUT ..........
at no time were we told this until we arrived and asked to book a table , It is not on the website and they did not email us to let us know . so we were bitterly disappointed with the management for not informing us as if we had known to be honest we would not have gone , Also be aware while we were there it was the same in Nerja itself unless you want fast food burgers etc we could not find anywhere serving decent meals in the evenings except for Friday and Saturday ..So due to this we cut our stay short . When we were home emailed the hotel explaining why we had left early and saying how disappointing it was that they had not told us beforehand about the restaurant (, which is why I have waited 9 days before doing this review.) and we have heard nothing at all from them an apology would have been nice ! So this is the reason I am only giving 3 stars this time . Also as I said 9th visit which will now most likely be our last due to being a guest whose concerns/ complaint are ignored .
