Third time in Corralejo but first time at this hotel, so glad we chose to stay here.
Spotlessly clean everywhere, large room, really comfortable bed.
The staff at this hotel are the BEST, without exception. Just a couple who stood out, the ladies in reception and Hannan (apologies if I spelt your name wrong) in the restaurant and bar...
So friendly always polite even when reminding us to wear our masks if we forgot. Joking and laughing with us even though they are working so hard. The food was of a very good standard and cooked really well. However I have to agree with an earlier comment it was not hot enough even at the beginning of service. There was a microwave which we used at every meal, you shouldn't have to reheat food though. AI drinks were also of good quality and lots of choice. We went away for a much needed break and really chilled out in lovely surroundings. We will be back as we had a really great time and met some lovely people. Thank you Arena Suites for a great holiday
Booked fairly last minute for a short break in November. We got lucky with the weather and no issues getting a sun lounger at the pool. Reception staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful ie when we had to print off our covid forms...
The place was spotless as was our room. Large room in the block housing the 200s. Noise from the corridor was minimum ie ladies wearing heels but we were hardly in the room. Pool area was spotless and well maintained. Pool bar was spot on, no complaints at all. Restaurant had nice surroundings - food really good. Lots to suit us both. We ate out one night but that's just our preference whilst on holiday. We went to the entertainment twice, standard but inoffensive. Bar staff worked very hard. Normally wouldn't take part in pool side games but the guy was so nice and encouraging that we did. Take my hat off to him for the game selection and getting everyone involved.
Generally very good, staff polite and courteous. Exceptionally clean. Negatives- food, not kept hot enough and inconsistent in quality, yesterday was serving uncooked pork chops that were freshly cooked, however, when we pointed this out to the waiter he quickly informed the chef who rectified this...
Entertainment- Tuesday night needs changing- the guy cannot sing! Half the people left and most others were on their phones! Michael was good.
We had a lovely week stay in November. The hotel is spotless, the staff work very hard to keep it so clean.
Food was ok… standard AI fayre. Some days were better than others.
Pool area was wonderful, with sun all day...
No problems finding sun loungers.
The on thing that lets this hotel down is that it’s sooooo quiet. There is evening entertainment; but this is at 9:30 and so the hours between sunset and that starting there is very little to do.
We went into Corralejo a few times and eat in a couple of nice restaurants; most notably Jaipur Indian restaurant, which was a terrific meal!!
On balance we enjoyed our time here; but probably wouldn’t return, not because the hotel isn’t nice, we really enjoyed ourselves, more that we prefer somewhere with a little more energy.
First trip to corralejo ,what a stunning place …great bars and restaurants with added old town and stunning golden beaches .
Hotel on the edge of town which we loved ,10 min walk to campanaria shopping centre with cafes abs a few bars ,5mins on the the Main Street.
We booked with tui and asked for a pool view and we got a pool suite (405) huge ,cleaned daily . It’s not a adult only hotel but might as well be ..very chilled . The food was largely great for a all inclusive ,theme nights too. Pool bar youre standard all inclusive affair . Added bonus of a evening cabaret bar under reception …where your get s proper glass pint glass (means a lot to me )
Special mention to the 2 lady’s in reception ..both absolutely brilliant and could have been more helpful and friendly , they ordered me a taxi every evening to the Main Street (€4) and it was there in minutes And also very helpful with printing any Covid forms you may have to get ..
Of I was taking a family I’d probably look elsewhere but for a couple it is perfect
