Barceló Corralejo Bay - Adults Only, refurbished in 2019, is just 80 m from Corralejo Beach and next to Corralejo Shopping Centre. There is a bus stop 500 m from the hotel if guests wish to explore the island. A bicycle and car rental service is available, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the Corralejo Dunes National Park. Guests can enjoy healthy food at the hotel's buffet restaurant, which also hosts themed dinners and offers room service during the day. There is also a poolside bar with a cocktail menu.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 3 outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a fitness centre. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The Barcelo Corralejo Bay Hotel was recommended to us by some friends who had stayed there numerous times, upon arriving we were greeted by the most beautiful reception area filled with stunning flowers on a huge glass table, unfortunately our room wasn't ready so we left our cases in a room and headed to the pool bar for some food. When we eventually got to our room we were delighted with the layout and the spaciousness ( we only had a Standard Double) but it was more than enough for our needs after all you don'y go on holiday to stay in your room. The food was extremely good in the restaurant and anyone who said there was nothing they liked must be extremely fussy, there a huge variety to choose from plus fresh salad and fruit, everything you could wish for. Entertainment was first class and there was only one act which we weren't so keen on. One thing we did find strange was the fact that you had to queue for the sunbeds on a morning which meant there was a huge scramble when the opened the barriers, other hotels we have stayed in have a system whereby the sunbed you select is yours for the duration of the holiday which I think is a much better idea. All in all a fantastic stay so much so we have booked again for next year (our 40th Wedding Anniversary)
Extremely friendly staff, fantastic food (must try Camilo's omelettes!), beautiful rooms, great pool and pool area, ideally located 5 minutes from the nearest beach, and a short 10 minute walk through the high street to the old part of Corralejo town where all the bars are.
The Barcelona Corralejo Bay provided us with an excellent 10 day holiday. The hotel is in a superb location to access all local facilities and the staff were all courteous and helpful. Facilities and accommodation are of the highest standard and the quality and variety of the food was first class. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely return.
My husband and myself stayed here for the second time we absolutely love the staff who are wonderful nothing is to much trouble they are very helpful and polite the hotel is spotless food delicious beds so comfortable pools great one warm ,great spa .entertainment brilliant.The situation of the hotel was spot on near the beach .few yards away shops restaurants bars two minutes away .we will keep going back at least once a year .I just want to say a big Thankyou to Leah such a lovely warm person always on hand to help even when you are I’ll ,she will take good care of you so no worries .Try it
Such a fantastic hotel, the staff, food, location, room, spa and pool all brilliant. We are both already looking forward to a return trip. You can easily see why people return to this hotel because they tick all the right boxes. Thank you for such a restful and enjoyable stay.
