H10 Ocean Dunas

Just got back from this beautiful hotel, after booking it as my 70th Birthday holiday treat. It's in an ideal location, 50m from the beach and 2 minutes from the main strip, shops and restaurants etc. The hotel is Adult only. We stayed in a pool view Junior Suite, the room was very quiet and was spotlessly cleaned everyday, thank you Mata. We only stayed B&B and the breakfast was amazing. There was everything you could wish for on the menu, they even catered for my dietry needs as I am Coeliac, so I can only eat gluten free food . Every morning I was asked would I like gluten free cereal and gluten free bread toasted or a baguette. There was also lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, cooked breakfast choices the list is endless. My husband and I have stayed in various H10 hotels and the standard is always good. Would I stay in this hotel again, definitely. Good value for the money.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy and relaxing getaway.

The property is relatively small, but in the best possible way. It never feels crowded, and everything is exceptionally well maintained, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The service throughout the hotel was truly outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A very thoughtful gesture from the team was the recognition of my birthday, which made our stay feel even more special and personal.

Breakfast was simply perfect each morning, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options. Dinner is served à la carte, with a carefully chosen selection of dishes, all of which were beautifully prepared and enjoyable.

A very special mention must go to Consuella, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond from day one to ensure we were exceptionally well looked after. Her attention to detail, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction made a real difference to our experience and deserves special recognition.

If you prefer a charming, intimate hotel with amazing service rather than a huge crowded resort, this is definitely the place to stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. spacious rooms (we did upgrade) The location is excellent, with easy access to local the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The food was another highlight. There was a good, and the quality was consistent throughout our stay. We booked the half-board option and were generally happy with the meals provided. á la carte evening meal. There were a couple of minor negatives. We had ants in our room during our stay, although it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t significantly affect our holiday, just a little annoying. One thing that I now find disappointing with most hotels is that water was not included with dinner on the half-board package. It would be nice if complimentary water was provided with meals, especially given the warm weather. Despite these small issues, we had a positive experience overall and would consider returning in the future due to the great location, good food, and friendly staff.
