This charming beach aparthotel is located Corralejo on the delightful island of Fuerteventura. The complex is situated just 1 km from the beach, and a beautiful fishing harbour is located just a few minutes' walking distance away. The complex is conveniently set just a few minutes away from the heart of Corralejo, where guests will find a selection of shopping opportunities, charming restaurants and lively bars. The spectacular Las Dunas National Park is just a 5 minutes' drive away, while the nearest public transport stops are just 50 metres from the complex. This modern complex offers a selection of delightful apartments, providing guests with a comfortable home away from home. The stylish apartments are tastefully decorated and come complete with modern amenities for guests' convenience.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I recently stayed in one of the sea-facing apartments and unfortunately found the accommodation very disappointing.
The apartment was very out dated and in need of refurbishment. There were several maintenance issues, including peeling and missing paint on the doors and walls, curtains need a good clean, rusting pipes in the bathroom, and a general feeling that the property needed refreshing. The fridge was not clean on arrival, and although the reception staff and Jet2 representatives were helpful and arranged for it to be cleaned, this did not change the overall condition of the apartment.
There were also ants in both the kitchen and bedroom, which was frustrating during the stay. The bedding was not changed during our visit, and the lack of air conditioning made the apartment uncomfortable at times.
On a positive note, the location is excellent, particularly for access to the beach/harbour being an 20 minute walk and local amenities close by. The pool area was also well maintained and enjoyable to use throughout the holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful when issues were raised.
Overall, while the location and pool area are definite strengths, the accommodation itself would benefit from significant updating, improved cleanliness standards, and better maintenance.
Visited this resort on the 20th - 29th of September, having briefly read over one or two previously written reviews, we had a slight concern on what too expect. However, once we had arrived we were greeted by an excellent team at reception, very helpful with checking in and showing us to our apartment and we where arrived at our accommodation, those concerns we had were dismissed.
Although a little dated, the room, balcony area and the resort was clean and tidy, with numerous workers carrying out various duties throughout the day and into the early evening. The pool area was clean, loads of sun loungers and and plenty of space too move around. The pool side bar and the staff working from it we're excellent, along with the onsite supermarket. Perfect location for the main strip and old town square, with various evening entertainment. after an evening in town, a visit to the hotel bar was a delight. background music, mixing and communicating with other guests and looked after by the excellent bar staff, in particular young Amin, what a star.
This being our first stay at Hesperia Bristol Playa and our second time too Collalejo, our first visit was 15yrs ago. in my opinion this location is everything you could want and is good value for money, compared to other resorts.

Nice location easy for Town, Harbour and Local transport and Parking , Very relaxed and friendly Atmosphere, Rooms basic but clean and well attended by very friendly Staff, reception are friendly helpful and informative. Three pools ( one children’s ) with pool bar serving drinks and snacks from 8-7 every day , good food & drinks, friendly staff. Evening bar 7- late with entertainment, all in all a charming traditional Apartment Hotel , prices very reasonable , cheerful and well run
The location was spot on as was the pool and Danny’s pool bar. The only let down was that we stayed for 2 weeks and our apartment wasn’t cleaned once. We had to collect our own bedding and change it ourselves.
Myself and my family visit this complex twice a year and think it’s amazing the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and have all the utensils to make food if you want to. The staff are polite and very helpful and Bryan the manager will do anything he can to make your stay perfect he always goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is memorable and as perfect as it can be. The shops and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away where food and drink are plentiful we have already booked up for 2 holidays in 2027 and can’t wait to meet the staff and Bryan again
