The property offers numerous facilities including 2 outdoor swimming pools, perfect for cooling off from the warm sun and is a perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
Just returned from this hotel, overall we had a great time. Food was good, good variety for breakfast, dinner n tea, we always found something to eat, there was steak on salmon, couldn't fault it.
Drinks was good.
Entertainment was hit n miss sometimes but still watchable
Some parts of hotel needs maintaining but does not affect ur stay if ur looking for faults.
Good value for money and we would return again.
My wife and myself have just spent a week here and unfortunately had a poor experience.When we arrived we were allocated a room at the very back of the hotel complex which overlooked a block of flats and the rubbish skips.The room itself was in very poor condition peeling paint dirty curtains and just generally pretty grim.So I asked for and paid an extra €70 for pool view room which was almost as bad.The general condition of the rooms was very poor and the upgraded room had a leaking shower a leaking bathroom sink and quite often a drain smell.Just about every picture and the tv were hung on the wall crooked and again dirty/stained curtains.We booked breakfast and evening meal but only ate twice in the restaurant all week because the food standard was very poor.This Hotel is listed as 4 star but in my opinion is no better than a 2 star for the money we paid.We have stayed in corralejo many times in the past 30 years and have had superb quality at other hotels for a lot better price.We have even stayed at this hotel under previous ownership on 5 occasions roughly 20 or so years ago.Please be warned a lot of the photos seen on the internet are not accurate mainly the large pool area is now a third smaller than original due to it being part filled in and a breakfast room built on it.So in summary think very carefully before booking her its tired very scruffy with poorly maintained rooms and the food is at best poor.

This hotel is advertised as a 4 star, it’s a very basic 3 star. The hotel is run down and needing some TLC. In our room the telephone and safe did not work, the sliding door to open to the veranda is so stiff my elderly mum couldn’t do it on her own. There was a cockroach in our room on one of the nights too, we couldn’t call for reception to help us with that ironically as the phone doesn’t have a dial tone. The entertainment team had a full schedule advertised, however after waiting 40 mins, they did not appear and there was no aqua gym. We asked reception if perhaps the entertainment team had finished for the year but the reception had no idea. There is hidden costs, including a 1€ deposit for your cup at the pool bar, 10€ for a pool towel and 1€ every time you want a fresh one. There were shows in the evening but the standard was really quite low. The location is good for this hotel as you can walk right in to the old town where there is plenty restaurants and bars. I did like how there is a quiet pool and lively pool options, there was never a shortage of sun loungers. The food was very average. Overall, I do feel a bit “cat fished” by the photos.
