Honest review of this hotel
The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day, which is a big plus.
Unfortunately, the food was a real letdown. It was very repetitive and often cold, which was disappointing.
The staff, however, are excellent. They genuinely cannot do enough to help and are always friendly and welcoming.
The cocktails are great. There are only two choices each day, but that’s not a massive issue. You do have to pay a €2 deposit for a cup, but you always get a clean one, which is a good idea and helps prevent cups from being left all around the pool area.
The pool really needs some renovation as it looks very tired and could definitely do with being updated.
The sunbeds are another issue. Despite signs saying that you cannot reserve them, people still do, with some guests reserving beds and then not returning for the whole day. This can make it difficult to find a sunbed.
The location is brilliant, though just a short walk to the shops and Music Square, so there’s plenty nearby.
Overall, there are definitely some positives, especially the staff, rooms and location, but the food and pool let the hotel down.
I had a really lovely trip with friends! The service was lovely and all of the staff were great! Lia and rami were so lovely to us too so shoutout to them!
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel for our honeymoon! The staff were very lovely and friendly! The rooms were spacious and they were cleaned everyday. The food was good it was quite repetitive but that’s what you get with all inclusive but on a whole the best all inclusive we hotel we have stayed in! In a fantastic location just off the main strip! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Shoutout to Rami & Lia too also very friendly and helpful!
