😡😡😡😡😡OMG what a night mare STAY AWAY from this hotel , Myself my sister and 2 friends went there for my friends birthday , Julie and me had our money stolen on the 17th of June from the room we had our money in a locked case that was broken into they stole 1000 euros and £660 . Not sure how they did it but the case was still locked and no breakage , we went to report this to reception they literally were not interested , they said they had cctv. But was unable to look at it as it was over the weekend and no management y until after we go home on the Monday morning, we did go to report it to the police and got a crime reference but not sure what will become of that but will be showing our Insurance companies, it was very stressful and totally ruined our holiday which is an understatement , when I stated this review, I noticed there was also someone else put a review saying similar happened to them but whilst they were sleeping how awful , Please stay away . ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Stayed here as a family of four on self catering basis for a week. We had a 2 bed apartment which was really big and had a large balcony with doors leading from both bedrooms and the living area. The kitchen was adequately equipped for self catering. The pool and grounds were lovely and well kept. The pool was extremely cold but it was March and the weather wasn’t the best, very windy. We got food a few times from the poolside bar which was fine and reasonably priced, can’t comment on the food at the main restaurant as we never ate there. The location of the hotel was good just a short walk to the main shopping area and a nice walk to the beach. I thought this hotel was of good standard for a 3 star hotel and have stayed in 4 star hotels that would not be as nice. I would have no hesitation returning to this hotel.

This stay was a disaster from start to finish. At check-in, we were given a room that had not even been cleaned.

During last night, a thief entered our first floor room through the balcony while we were asleep. He came inside, took three bags from the table, searched through them outside, and discarded them after taking what he thought was valuable. The cash stolen was few € but the amount is irrelevant. A stranger was inside our room while we slept. There was even a kitchen knife on the same table as our belongings.

The hotel's response was unacceptable. The manager did not even bother to speak with us personally and left everything to the receptionist. We were told this was an "external factor" and therefore the hotel accepted no responsibility and offered no compensation. We were also told cameras would be checked, despite there being no cameras covering the balcony area where the intruder entered.

A dirty room on arrival, a break-in while sleeping, and management unwilling to even face guests afterward. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

And please, save the automatic "we are sorry to read that your experience caused frustration" response for someone else. What happened here was not frustration—it was a serious security failure involving an intruder entering an occupied room while guests were asleep.
