Awful place
Dirty environment , rude receptionist and poor service. Do not recommend regardless of how cheap it is, pay the extra money and ho somewhere better than this place.

Clearly shutting down Brown water coming out of taps The worst hotel I have ever stayed in due to loads of the apartments boarded up and no amenities open ….however Has the potential to be beautiful, if only someone would invest in it Sad to see what was once a lovely hotel now left to ruin
Amazing holiday making amazing memories
Stayed here in July with my partner room was spotless, staff were amazing food was great and the swimming pool with the big slides were amazing if you want to spend 2 weeks at a great hotel where the staff can’t do anymore for you this is the place to go

Dirty filthy place ruined our holiday ants all over the room bed bugs damp in room cat poo everywhere filthy sun beds coverd in mould the list goes on very run down it's a shame as all this could be rectified I wouldn't stay here again

Relocate if possible
This complex has zero amenities open. The only pool open has a broken pump so it’s green and has floating debris in it and is not functional. Apartments smell unpleasant. Wardrobes are damp and unusable. Cleaning is once a week which is inadequate. 2 blowing fans are not sufficient. What once seemed an oasis is now a refuge for what I’d call undesirables. Relocate if at all possible. A pool table placed in unlit area so not accessible after 7pm. No laundry service. Due to circumstances I will commend reception staff dealing with this crisis are extremely nice and helpful.
