Just got back from this beautiful hotel Let me give my honest review. The hotel is spectacular with lovely friendly staff it is absolutely spotless everywhere the rooms are beautiful with such comfortable beds and the air con was perfect. The food was delicious and plenty of choice the drinks were good but could have had more variety of cocktails on All inclusive the guys in Lobby bar are great really looked after us. There is nothing at all round the hotel unless your prepared for a long walk and unfortunately while we were there the BAY LOUNGE on pier was closed down and the disco bar closed so while we were there we only had one choice of bar which made it a bit tedious every night entertainment was very low key. The one main thing my partner hated was having to wear long trousers every night in the buffet we expected it for the restaurants but not the general buffet. The pool area is just amazing but no atmosphere at all please put some background music on it I know its not for everyone but just just a little music would make a massive difference. If they made a few changes for example keep beach bar open till later on put some tables and chairs on grass area this would be lovely on an evening and ditch the long trousers rule Please men have smart shorts that they look smart in
I will definitely be returning, the staff were so welcoming and helpful, the hotel is extremely clean, best hotel I’ve been to
Incredible stay at Secrets Bahia, from the moment I arrived felt very taken care of. Greeted with a glass of bubbles and luggage taken to my room by the porter. Location was quiet and peaceful, overlooking wonderful sea views, but just a 20 minute walk from the town. It’s definitely catered more towards couples relaxation which suited me perfectly but perhaps if you want a more lively hotel this may be too quiet for you (for me I loved the peace and quiet of it). The room itself was breathtaking (suite 375) and service from all staff so attentive and welcoming. Housekeeping was wonderful and came in 2 x per day, changing towels and leaving chocolates on the pillow during turndown service was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The little touches just made everything feel so special. The spa also was amazing - wonderful pool area with sauna jacuzzi and steam rooms. The staff in the spa were really helpful and kind. I had such a wonderful treatment with Alexandra. I cannot say enough good things the stay was 10/10. Breakfast was plenty of choices and served coffee/tea by very helpful staff. The staff really work so hard and the whole stay service was just impeccable. I felt in a world of luxury. For £750 per person (B&B) I thought it was worth every penny. Every meal was wonderful, such a great choice of foods and drinks, all delivered with impeccable service. Thank you so much for a relaxing and wonderful stay I will recommend to everyone!
Had a lovely holiday at the hotel. Found it very relaxing and peaceful. Staff were very helpful and the facilities really suited our needs, we were on holiday with our adult sons. We were half board and breakfast and dinner always had a great range of dishes and the dining room was calm. Gorgeous views from the seaview rooms. A bit of a walk into the resort but it is doable or there are some shops and a supermarket much nearer. The hotel was really very clean throughout which is impressive given how big it is. Nice options of different places to sit whether you want sun or shade.
Outdoor poor isn’t warm. And lunch is not 5 star. Everything else on the hotel was brilliant, it’s clean, the staff are very attentive. The market cafe for breakfast and buffet dinner was great. The spa pool was lovely. The room was cleaned daily and to a good standard. Would highly recommend.
