Can’t recommend. No 4 star hotel
This is fake 4 stars. Almost no service, bad food and crowded in August. No free sunbeds at the pool. Cold water pool. Too expensive. Ice for kids is 2,5 euro. Towels 1,50. no fresh water in room. 15min walking to the beach. Food is low quality. Bad
People more attention
This hotel more for old people. Honestly I didn’t expect that. Some stuff don’t talk English. Room clean, but the are not changing bed stuff, all night someone bite us, scratch legs. Room smell how hospital. The chamber was cockroaches. 🤮 Food not to bad, like it. Honestly need to better look after that.
German hotel - you need to know the language
If you don't speak German and love Spain, this is not the hotel for you. I was very surprised at the very beginning that the hotel does not speak English, which is an international language. This is the first time I have encountered this and I have visited many hotels. All information was in German. 90% of guests in the hotel are German. Children could not use the animations because they were conducted in German. The hotel offers a lot but only for one country, unfortunately. If you want to know anything, you have to download an application that has an English option, but it won't help you because the various activities are conducted in German anyway. in the restaurant, each dish is also described in German. If you are allergic to a product and you don't speak German, it may be dangerous. The food is monotonous and not Spanish. The hotel offers a heated swimming pool in which, unfortunately, children cannot play because it is a relaxation pool. The lifeguard pays attention and expels him to the cold pool. Naked women sunbathe in public places where there are a lot of children, even though there is a designated place for this, but no one pays them any attention. There is nothing around the hotel. The only good thing is the Spanish staff who are super friendly. I will never return to this hotel and I do not recommend it to anyone who loves Spain because it does not have that Spanish atmosphere. Also the hotel shouldn't be selling on UK travel agents or the best option will be to use any international languages too.

RUDE STAFF, EVERYTHING CLOSED, WIFI DIDNT WORK IN ROOM
Rude staff - Staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. We tried to explain there was no wifi in my room and they just said this wasn't a guarantee. Walked into the restaurant 25 mins before closing just to be told the restaurant was closed.
They had bars however there was no need for this as the bars weren't open!
They don't sign post very well so you don't know there is anything in the hotel.
Little to no entertainment, nothing to do or surrounding the area.
Ants in the room and stains in all appliances.
Also got told off for being 'too loud' whilst speaking with my partner on our holiday and staff threatened to kick us out.
Would never return.
Great first visit
Spent 8 lovely days in this hotel. Only Brits and had to phone Germany to book.Short walk to beach.Great evening swims in heated pool with sun setting behind the hills.Massive sauna with twice nightly Aufguss with Alex Mickael and the 2 lovely girls from the Animation team.Enjoyed breakfast on sunny terrace. Good afternoon snacks and Kaffee und Kuchen after a day on the beach. Rooms a bit dated with fluctuating shower temperature. Would have preferred later lunch and dinner. Missed having Spanish TV channels to improve my language skills and watch weather forecasts. Staff hard working and friendly especially Xavi in the restaurant and Fransisco on reception. Booked today to return in March.
