So I was very suprised to see a poor review for this hotel from people who were there yesterday as we were also there yesterday and our experience was completely different. Firstly the food the chice was absolutely amazing in bth the food market and the snack bar. There was something for every one all super fresh and a lot cooked infront of you. It was amazing one of the best food offers we had seen. The hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean. There is lots to do and plenty of enteratinmnt and activities. The staff were lovely and very engaging. Honestly the best holiday we haver ever had. Can not recommend highly enough.
Went with my 22 ye old son and his girlfriend (separate rooms, but in a suite with adjoining doors. We had a lovely week. Food very nice and lots of it. Very clean everywhere. Rooms are set away from the main hotel. Friendly staff except lifeguards could do with a bit more compassion towards non Spanish speakers. Very big hotel and busy. Lots of kids but good adult only facilities if wanted. Very hilly around the resort so walking g to breakfast and dinner was work lol! But you can use the small restaurant for snacks at lunch. Entertainment ok same guy twice but on his own the second time but sure can play guitar! Lady singer was very poor her voice wasn’t strong enough to be heard in the seating area. English are very under represented the bar was quite empty for the England match and the sound was off on the screens which was a little odd for a sports bar. Anyway nice holiday but I won’t be going back, it’s too big. Weather changeable but all in all a good tan!
Avoid this hotel!
We are currently staying at this hotel, and it has been a huge disappointment. The quality of the all-inclusive food is extremely poor and certainly not fresh. Almost everything tastes as if it came straight from a supermarket freezer. In our opinion, the food is not even worth one star. The cutlery and plates are also often still dirty.
The coffee, soft drinks, beer, wine, and cocktails all come from self-service machines and are barely drinkable. On top of that, the resort is extremely crowded, so there are queues everywhere. If you are sitting at the children’s pool, you have to walk around 300 meters to reach the nearest drinks station, which discourages you from getting a drink. The plastic cups at the self-service stations are often dirty and smell of beer.
The bottled water in our room was never replenished, so we had to buy our own water from the supermarket.
The pool areas are overcrowded, with sunbeds packed very closely together. The children’s pool is also far from child-friendly. There are water filtration grates sticking out of the ground that can easily hurt your toes. Around the park there are also several drainage gutters with covers that stick out, which means you can easily hurt yourself badly if you are not careful. The animation by the pool is also terrible. Every day they do the same aqua gym with the same awful music, which is played incredibly loudly and causes a lot of nuisance.
The pool staff are not particularly friendly and spend most of the day enforcing rules. For example, you are not allowed to smoke or vape near the pool, you cannot sit close to the pool with a drink, and for some reason our child was not allowed to use the slide. We could not even understand the reason because the staff did not speak English.
The hotel says guests should not reserve sunbeds with towels, but almost everyone does. If you do not place your towel before 8 a.m., there is often no free sunbed left. The hotel does nothing to enforce its own policy. Many of the sunbeds are also broken or sagging and are very uncomfortable.
The rooms are outdated. The bathroom is full of mold, and the shower water is either freezing cold or boiling hot. At one point, our patio door broke and could no longer be locked. When we called reception, we were left on hold for about 10 minutes before the call was disconnected, and we had to call again. To get to our room, we could only use a staircase, which meant we had to carry two strollers up and down the stairs all the time. That is completely impractical when you are on holiday with two small children.
There are also pests everywhere. We had an ant infestation in our bathroom, and there were even ants crawling across the bathroom ceiling. There were also cockroaches in our room. In fact, the entire resort seems to be overrun with cockroaches, and they can even be seen crawling across the walkways during the day.
To make matters worse, there are stray cats roaming around the resort, and they even sit near our balcony and seating area.
Overall, we absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. In our opinion, it certainly does not deserve its 4-star rating. The photos on TUI’s website are misleading and make the resort look much better than it is in reality. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel has seriously affected our impression of Fuerteventura.
We are glad that we are going home soon!
The hotel is in quite a remote location, so there isn't much to do outside the resort. However, the atmosphere was great, and there were a few evening concerts during the week we stayed, which was a nice touch.
Our room was a good size, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that vaping wasn't allowed in the adults-only pool area, and all of the pools closed promptly at 6:00 pm, which felt a little early. On the plus side, having an adults-only area made it a great place to relax.
Although there was a request not to place towels on the sun loungers before 10:00 am, by 9:00 am most of them had already been "reserved," which was disappointing.
The food and drinks were good, with plenty of choice for everyone. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday. It's great value for money and an excellent place to stay for a relaxing week
I was insulted by a member of staff and it’s not the first time!!!!! Same happened in 2025 by exactly the same person!!!!! It’s a barman called Joel!!! He is a grumpy person I ever seen!!!! I I’m in this hotel right now but Ill not except anyone to insult me!!!! I have booking for 20 persons in October I don’t think I’ll come here again!!!!!
