All you could wish for and more.

This is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've been in. The complex is large and well served with pools, loungers, children's play areas and everything you would expect from a quality resort. The beach is adjacent, sandy and a sea welcoming when it isn't to windy. The food was excellent with variety and something for everyone and don't be put off with the transfer time as the coaches are very comfortable and the time just flew. Critically for us, though, the clincher was the universally helpful service, by everyone from reception to the room cleaners and handymen. The friendliness was natural. Problems were seen to promptly because we had a safe that didn't work and hey presto, in no time, someone fixed it. The purpose of breaks like this, for us, is to do nothing much, be pampered and looked after, all of which we had in spades.

Perfect honeymoon

Thank you Fuerteventura Princess for the best honeymoon we could ask for! I came to this hotel 20 years ago and have always wanted to come back, and definitely wasn’t disappointed. Beautiful bars, food and location. Entertainment in the evening was great fun. Before we went I read the reviews on here and saw a lot of people moaning about queuing. Yes there were some queues but it really didn’t take that long. The staff were efficient and friendly (not rude at all which some reviews suggested!!) special shout out to our amigo Jhon who worked hard day and night x

We’re definitely booking to come back, thank you :)

Lovely out of season holiday!

After reading some of the previous reviews we were a bit skeptical but for a winter sun destination and out of season, we really loved our stay. The food was delicious with lots of varieties, the pools were a little cold but after being in the sun all day, it was refreshing! The only negative thing I would say is that no one enforces the rules; so if you want a sunbed, you’ll have to wake up extra early, even though there are signs not to do so, everyone seems to ignore them. But other than that, it was truly lovely and would definitely recommend!

A good and relaxing experience

This was the first time I had stayed at this hotel and was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful on check in, and the room was very nice and clean.
The hotel is situated very close to the lovely beach with some fantastic walks to be had in both directions. I found the food very good at all meals, with self service drinks included in the restaurant for beer and wine, this is great and avoids long queues at the bar. However the same cannot be said for the actual bars outside of the restaurant. There were some pretty long queues and much time was spent in these waiting for drinks. This wait could be reduced drastically if only they had self serve beer and wine at the bars like many other hotels that I have been to. This was however my only negative, as I had a lovely relaxing time as a solo adult traveller and would happily go again, but please sort out the bar queues.
