Excellent hotel , couldn’t fault it . The staff were all well trained and helpful. The whole place was spotless.

The rooms were very well appointed with loads of storage space . We used the Unique club giving access to a quiet pool and very comfortable sun lounger. There was day long access to a VIP lounge with drinks and snacks. There is direct access to the boulevard walkway along the seafront with loads of restaurants and quality shops. The food was of a very high standard especially the Unique breakfast.

5 Star Resort with 3 Star food.

An excellent facility, with very high quality rooms and facilities. I first visited this hotel about 9 years ago. Everything about the hotel is excellent, with one exception. The food is not 5 Star. We were bitterly disappointed with the food. We had booked Bed/ Breakfast and Evening Buffet Dinner. On both occasions the variety of the food is very good, but poorly cooked and presented e.g. fish was of really poor quality. Food was not cooked and presented to a 5 Star standard. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Courteus staff, well stocked mini-market on site, good bar service, etc. In our opinion there needs to be more emphasis on the food when resorts are being rated.

Not what I would call 5 stars, wouldn't stay again...

Not very 5-star at all...

We experienced a problem during our stay where there was a strong sewerage smell coming from the bathroom sink. After informing reception of this, nothing at all was done and we had to live with a stinking bathroom which attracted flys.

The breakfast buffet is like a cattle market, expect hundreds of people pushing past you to fill their plates. A table service option would of been much nicer.

Our room had a power outage for an hour so we were in darkness - after informing reception we were promptly told 'we're already looking into this' and had to go back to our room to wait for power to come back so we could shower... no gesture of goodwill offered.

Overall the grounds of this hotel are nice, but where there are thousands of rooms it's very un-personal and mass-market - expect swarms of people, poor service and a stressful breakfast experience. Next time I will stay at a smaller hotel that have more care for their customers.

3 star hotel trying to pretend it’s 5 stars

This is at best a 3 star hotel Owner not a hotelier and it shows Lots of staff doing nothing busy talking to each other the service is really poor.

Smell of chlorine in reception is awful Pools are not really heated Parking is 16 euros per day when it’s free on the street Food is poor breakfast buffet has no fresh orange juice terrible coffee, queues for the 1 omelette person breakfast is disappointing

Entertainment at nights has the same format and if you want to go to bed early you got to listen to it till midnight oh and then the cleaning ladies wake you up at 7:30am

My advice hire a proper hotel manager hire good staff replace your kitchen staff and remember focus on your customer not each other or tell you what sell it to a proper hotel chain to run it properly

Lovely hotel..freezing cold pools and frosty reception greetings let the place down.

Hotel is fantastic, the pools are lovely although freezing cold. I’d moved from another location and the pool at a different branded hotel had heated pools and it was super. The pools here looked amazing but you couldn’t stay in them in November more than a few minutes. Receptionist are despondent and unhelpful. A hotel of this standard would normally be attentive but don’t expect a warm welcoming. We had eye rolling and everything when we tried to upgrade the room (which we weren’t allowed to do after we arrived, not sure why as it was available on their website) and book dinner and made to feel like a pain because I’d returned several times and staff member wasn’t there to take booking, I was told if the receptionist did it I would be charged a fee..( for booking dinner in their hotel) They had a WhatsApp number and when I sent a message it hadn’t been looked at for over a month. Food is lovely, we had premium half board and enjoyed the italian and African accross the road at a sister hotel which was fun, and more friendly. I’d stay there next time, the doctor was very creative and lovely. Great hotel..cold pools and reception greetings let the place down.
