Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. Additional features at this aparthotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a banquet hall.
Here on our 2nd stay. The first stay was absolutely fab. Room Great - peaceful, relaxing, comfortable. This stay not so. Both stays we booked a 1 bed superior room. First stay the room was fab - everything really good - comfortable table chairs on large balcony. Double height window in lounge. Window in kitchen and bathroom. Relaxing, good view, peaceful.
This trip & day 2 I’m ready to go home. No double height window in lounge. No window in kitchen or bathroom. Furniture on balcony is not the same and uncomfortable. Balcony is smaller. Getting blasted with loudspeaker & music from the pool. Cleaners are moving furniture loudly. Noise from upstairs apartments. The noise on the corridor just amplifies everytime someone goes past. None of these issues last stay.
How can 2 rooms be so different considering they are both advertised as superiors rooms? Apparently this was a plus apartment that so say is now classed as a superior apartment. I’ve double checked with reception - apparently they are all the same. Just told they all the same & dismissed. Clearly they are not. I asked for a similar room when we booked this stay but clearly this is not the same.
Seriously considering cancelling our next booked stay now.
Outstanding reception staff. Firstly must thank all the reception staff for their warm and honest hospitality, nothing was too much trouble, which was always greeted with a smile. Must thank Marcus, Marco,Lars,Linda,Elena,Toni,Lara,Anna, Sedin,Alejandro,Yaiza and Alvaro. This is our second time at the Cordial Mogan Valle and once again we have already booked for next May and September as we are truly impressed with all the amenities and over the moon with the Superior Apartments. We can honestly say all members of the Cordial Mogan Valle from Reception, gardeners, maintenance, cleaners and especially the housekeepers all do a brilliant job and always with a smile and a warm welcome. We have been coming to Puerto de Mogan for Eleven years staying in a private apartment in the marina, we wish we had found the Cordial Mogan Valle sooner then later as it surpassed all our expectations. It offers quality, cleanliness, beautiful huge apartments, fantastic amenities but mostly warm and welcoming staff. They say first impressions count and it certainly does with Cordial Mogan Valle. To all the staff, thanh you once again for a wonderful 2 weeks, see you all next May 2027
Here we are again and thankfully nothing changes. Apartment is large and adequate and for two weeks is great. We are on room only as breakfast can be bought across the road at Superdino.
Beach is about a 1km walk with restaurants and shops close and about about the same, 1km.

The fact this is our return visit suggests we really enjoy the apartments and we most definitely do. As always the welcome offered by staff in reception was warm and genuine. We were lucky enough to be given the room we requested, a superior one bedroom apartment with a large balcony. Shower room is modern with large wash basin. Rooms are cleaned regularly with towels changed frequently and bed linen is also changed frequently. Cleaning staff are polite and thorough. There are three swimming pools, two large and the third is a wonderful quiet pool offering amazing views. Special mention to Margarita, a lifeguard who goes out of her way to keep children safe and happy when in and around the pool area. Locating apartment can be awkward when first arriving but the improved signage helps and it doesn't take long to get accustomed to surroundings. We use self catering so cannot comment on food offerings but restaurants seem popular. We are always more than comfortable in the apartments and the apartments really are our happy place. So much so we have already booked our return for 2027.
At the top end of Puerto Mogan, only a flat 15 minute stroll to the harbour. The apartments are built on a hill side with plenty of lifts and a handy map to help you navigate your way around, this would not be problematic for anyone who can walk short distances on the flat. Once you have found your room and noted the number of the lifts it’s easy to find your way around. We stayed Self Catering with Easy Jet in an apartment without air conditioning included. The two ceiling fans provide welcome relief from the heat and the self catering facilities are better than most. A nice touch is the provision of a scouring sponge, cloth and washing up liquid. Mattress’s and pillows are comfortable. The apartments are clean and the general areas of the hotel are too. There are three pools, all to cater for different noise levels. A couple of things stopped it from being a 5/5 review, those being the ceiling fan in the kitchen/dining area was wobbling excessively, reported and not repaired and the safe didn’t not work, looked at but not repaired as the motor had burnt out. These things did not impact upon our stay greatly but would have improved it from a score of 4/5 to 5/5.
