This amazingly hotel is situated on a central location on the famous Playa del Inglés, in the southern part of Gran Canaria. Very nice hotel , food was excellent cleaninless of hotel exceptional apart from We had swim up room and pool was very tatty with paint coming off and could do with heating in pool but other than that 10/10
Towel man is like the terminator tacky foods terrible never again spanish dominated place rude also
I spent a week here with a friend and her two children aged 10 and 7.The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious but in need of refurbishment,eg cracked tiles, ill fitting patio doors. The hotel was very clean. The food on all inclusive was fine- the breakfast and lunch offerings were,in my opinion, better than the dinner options. The red wine was not particularly good, which is disappointing in a Spanish hotel!Plenty of staff clearing tables. The hotel is in a good location in close proximity to Maspalomas Dunes. The main swimming pool is very noisy and busy, the children’s pool was quieter but I would imagine very busy at peak times. There are some quiet spots to be found around the grounds. All in all we had a pleasant holiday, and would give this 3.5 rating if possible.
What a lovely hotel, all the family had a great time, food was lovely, cleanliness was great only downfall was the broken lift and people who could easily take the stairs hogging the lift and leavinv people with prams waiting for ages. A big thank you to Oscar on reception, what a lovely man and he went above and beyond to make everyone’s stay excellent. Gracias Oscar!
Very poor hotel cheap but still very poor. Got a cheap deal to the hotel all inclusive. The initial reactions were “ok” as expected for the price . The bedroom was pleasant enough but the tv was very old , no English channels , not even tuned in. My husband tuned it in but no English channels or Smart tv, the bathroom door was rotten , water hot intermittently. Safe did not work. The only food is buffet style or sandwich /snacks by the bars again not a way we would choose to eat so we ate out every evening & stayed out to the beach which is a very long walk through the hot dunes. The pool area extremely shabby areas cordoned off. Broken tiles , broken equipment and all in all not somewhere we would choose to sit on holiday . The roof top is nude area but was unbelievable shabby full of dirty glasses dishes & broken glass. We left a night early and was refused refund we understand it’s closed for renovations from April so even offered defer this night to give them benefit of doubt but this was refused too! They now no longer reply to my emails. Too poor for us & most definitely not our type place to go .
