Awesome hotel

Review by paulrX2275DS

Me and my wife have been here twice now and tbh I can’t fault the it. If you hate fighting for sun beds around the pool this is the place for you! Best sunbeds I’ve ever used and the pool is a walk in pool with gradual slope one side. Hotel food is good too...

A good selection. Friendly staff and very clean hotel all round. Not too far to walk to the beach or the bars around it. Just quiet enough to really relax. It’s the first hotel I look for when booking in playa.

Just beware of the elevator

Review by barbarahB8510XK Scotby, United Kingdom

We spent a fabulous 10 days in this hotel. First impressions on arriving were that it was bright, airy and modern. Check in was easy although we had to pay £150 deposit on the room (in case of damage I think) We were given a glass of Cava to welcome us. The rooms are excellent as is the bathroom...

The beds are massive. The balcony was quite small but we had a sea view. The pool and bar areas are fantastic with big double sunbathing beds (they have a proper name but I’ve forgotten it) Very good entertainment in the evening, shame it wasn’t better supported. The rooftop terrace is lovely too with a Jacuzzi. The rooftop bar was closed in the evening probably because it’s still winter. The dining room and food were also excellent. I would especially mention all the waiters and waitresses who worked really hard but were also very polite and friendly. However, you have to get in the elevator very quickly before it closes, the doors are fast and don’t seem to have good sensors. I did mention this to reception so hopefully it will get sorted. I would definitely return to this hotel.

This hotel is excellent.the staff are very helpful and friendly.the only problems we had was the rooms on our arrival they brought us to a room with no view .we specifically asked for high floor with sea views.they moved us but that wasn't much better finally after complaining again we got a room overlooking the pool which was lovely.we got the sun on our balcony all day.overall i would go back as it's handy to everywhere.

2nd visit to this hotel. Very pleased to have returned . Excellent service on arrival, given the same room i had last time which was very nice...

Food in restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great, large selection of food to suit all tastes, all dishes displayed well so you could see what the selection was. Staff all round were great, even the Spanish lock down did not cause any problems. Will visit again when world travel and holidays are back to normal. Thanks for great stay.
