From the moment you step through the door of the Caserio Hotel and see its bright, spacious reception, you'll feel your cares and stresses simply drop away. This family run holiday hotel has fantastic facilities and the very best location in Playa del Ingles – just a few steps from the beach and the main promenade. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel too so exploring the area is made easy.
Good service is all part of the deal so you'll be made to feel very welcome. As well as being very well presented, the hotel has a modern and luxurious feel with vibrant colours, well-designed communal areas and of course a stunning swimming pool. There's even a pool bar so you can lie back and enjoy a cool drink poolside.
Your relaxation is top of the agenda so perhaps you'll be tempted to try the sauna and jacuzzi on site? These are complimentary and can be enjoyed at your leisure – as can the gym if you feel more energetic. For a small fee, you can also indulge in a relaxing massage to soothe away your worries.
As you would expect from a hotel of this calibre, the rooms are comfortable, tastefully furnished and fully air conditioned. Each has a private balcony, satellite television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and minibar. For a small fee, a safe and wi-fi are also available. The Local Area
Ideally located close to the centre of Playa del Ingles, the Hotel Caserio is family run and offers excellent service to guests. It is situated just 300 metres from the beach where a variety of watersports are on offer and the nearby attractive promenade features a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
The hotel offers a large pool and guests can enjoy the sauna, gym and jacuzzi completely free of charge or indulge in a massage (at a fee).

Amazing Hotel
This is now my 5th visit to my favourite hotel in Gran Canaria, and once again it has been amazing. The hotel is always spotless, and the housekeeping staff work incredibly hard to keep everything looking fresh and clean. I would especially like to thank Daniel on reception, who was totally polite and professional throughout my stay. He made every effort to arrange a late check-out for me, which was greatly appreciated. Also, the young girl on reception was absolutely lovely and very welcoming.
The restaurant food was amazing as always. Chefs work incredibly hard.
I personally want to thank Richard in the restaurant. I absolutely love this guy — he is what makes Hotel Caserio so special. He truly puts his heart into the hotel and always makes guests feel welcome. So thank you to you all for yet another amazing stay. I will definitely be returning soon. Kind Regards, Jonathan Boyd

Warning be aware of compulsory deposit
Nice hotel good food. Good sun loungers. Note the hotel requires guests to pay a 150 euro "supposedly" refundable deposit at check in. I paid with a debit card and am still waiting for it to be refunded 15 days later. The hotel have since advised this may take 20 to 25 working days. I would suggest guests insist on paying in euros so as not to end up in my situation.

Nice place but not really 4 star.
Nice hotel, in a decent location near somer bars and restaurant. Opposite a Spar shop which was very handy. Room was basic its not 4 star would say more of a 3. Shower kept flooding causing the room to smell. Staff were friendly at the bar and restaurant area. However when checking in the staff never gave us any information to do with the hotel we were completely unaware that there was an upstairs terrace in which there is a nudist part which we acidently walked into, something to keep in mind. There was no amenities in the room apart from a small bar of soap. The beds were also two single despite being promised multiple times that they would give us a double. Lift can also take a long time but we were low down so wasn't really an issue to us. Food was basic on a night pretty much the same stuff. The chicken we had one night was also pink and we ended up unwell the next day, unsure if this was definately from the hotel so we didn't complain about it but keep this in mind. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, bedding was always fresh as there was still stains on the sheets. Pool area made up for the hotel it was lovely and plenty of sunbeds. People would reserve and not come down for hours which I wish the staff would stop people doing this. Entertainment both through the day and on a night was good. I would recommend this hotel if you know what to expect it's not a bad hotel we just expected more for what we paid.
Excellent Hotel
Love this hotel, we have visited on 5 occasions wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Playa De Ingles, have previously stayed at Princess, Wakilki, Anamar, Don Miguel, Margarita and Corona Blanca. Location, staff, room and food you cannot fault, I have coeliac disease and they couldn’t be more helpful, Alexis is an asset to this hotel as are all the restaurant and entertainment staff.
Guy that does the aqua aerobics and games in daytime is so friendly sorry can’t remember your name but you call all the females Maria lol
Totally recommend this hotel for couples, cleanliness of rooms to high standard too
